Best Bun Bo Hue (translates to English as Spicy Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup) in the DMV. This is a little hole in the wall restaurant located in Eden Center. We usually have the duck salad to start. In case you haven't had the opportunity, Bun Bo Hue broth tastes rich and deep, spicy, with a hint of sweet, citrusy lemongrass. Be sure to add the fresh herbs to your bowl, they really enhance the flavor of the soup. The sliced cabbage adds texture and crunch while the noodles are perfectly thick and chewy. I highly recommend taking the drive to Falls Church for this dish alone.
