I received my pizza bunched up and messy. I called to see why and was put on hold for over 10 minutes with no intent to take my call. I was so embarrassed to serve my guest. It looked like food I had played with and tried to piece together.

This location marked my food ready on the app even though it was not. Got a great deal online but They also accused me of trying to steal 2 liter soda that was apart of my online deal.Will not be returning

Placed an order that needed to be corrected as the delivery time was wrong... needed to call to update the order time and was hung up on, left on hold and transfered from employee to employee for an hour until the pizza was delivered and hung up on 2x..... so now I have $100 in cold pizza. Thank you guys for the wonderful experience

When it comes to delivery, this Pizza Hut is using Door Dash which solves the problem I have had with other Pizza deliveries, when they attempt to deliver other pizzas in your area, which most of the time resulted in my pizza being luke warm. Unless other pizza places do the same Pizza Hut will be my choice of pizza from now on. Sorry Dominos last time I ordered from you you took my pizza on a tour of Arlington never again.
