Whenever you have a Qdoba craving, this location always delivers. The service is always professional and efficient without sacrificing the quality of the product.

They always have everything you'd like in stock and are open later in the evening.

It is conveniently located amongst other major shopping destinations and has plenty of free parking in their large parking lot.

Love the place. Everyone is positive and the place was clean with a nice huge area to eat around. Free parking too.

Look, it's not reflective of the entire store, but whoever prepared my food is wearing a dangerous amount of perfume. I can't even imagine how much you'd have to be wearing to make not just the entire bag, but the containers AND the food smell like perfume. Like, I can't even explain how strong it is. My entire house smells. I took a slight taste of the food and it had a chemical taste. This is completely unsafe and is a health hazard. It happened today, literally 30 minutes ago, and whoever is wearing it needs to stop. It's insane.

Shift Manager from today (5/3/2025) always has a bad attitude, and whenever you ask for something to be added onto your food, even if you pay for it, she still makes the order incorrectly. She laughs sarcastically and doesn't know how to treat her customers nicely. I hate coming to this place, and your appetite truly goes away when you interact with her.

I prefer qdoba to chipotle every day of the week.

I went on a Tuesday to get a bowl with my son he went in first and got his bowl for $6 dollars, later I said I wanted one and went in to get one. I was in line behind 5 other people waiting and got my bowl prepared at the register but when I got to the register they said that it was $11 dollars and said it was only for student. They never told me earlier and I’ve come here before on a Tuesday and paid only $6 dollars even knowing other adult friends that eat for $6 dollars recommending me to go on Tuesday’s. I wouldn’t mind paying $11 dollars I just didn’t want to. He even had it at the ready at the register maybe could’ve even gave it to me telling me next time it won’t happen but no I had to be walk out embarrassed because everyone is watching. Hopefully that never happens to anyone.

I wanted to grab a bowl for my son and I couldn’t get the 6 dollar deal on Tuesday because I didn’t have his student Id I showed them his id which has id date of birth but they said they can’t give me the discount and was being rude about it, very disappointed and I hope that doesn’t happen to anybody else

Quik cervice good food ,plenty parking, friendly people, my kind of place

Me and my coworkers visited the Falls Church location on March 25, and the workers customer service is less than expected. They barley give you an appropriate serving of protein and get visibility frustrated when you question the amount given. They show favoritism with certain customers oppose to others. My friend asked for more tomato sauce and was told it would be extra.....Extra for tomato sauce is ridiculous. I received a half scoope of chicken in my surf and turf bowl and paid $15 for the bowl. Customer Service needs to be adjusted and they should treat all fairly before the restaurant is slapped with a lawsuit.

Love the food, not the service of this one lady so much. everyone else was nice except her , i get my plate from the first half shes nice shes barking orders to the first lady while she has my plate in her hand im being patient after she barked what she needed to bark she says ok what else in a rude manner like if you’re having a bad day you dont have to be rude to people, im being patient and just order, as shes putting my ingredients shes smashing them into the plate , i keep my patience and everytime shed look up to ask if i want sum else shes giving me a weird face im on my lunch break from the hospital so i really dont wanna deal w this, but then i get to the cashier and shes snatching stuff when she asked if its for here or to go snatches the lid to go but i had said its for dine in so she proceeds to throw the lid on the stack and it bounces and hits me , at this point im just annoyed and i pull my phone out and record her and ask her if thats what she likes doing to throw stuff at people And she sees my phone so she gets all quiet and denies doing the thing and proceeds to throw my plate on the dine in basket, i have video of her attitude this lady should be well corrected since clearly her parents taught her no manners as someone who spent couple of ywars managing fast food restaurants this is not the standard, shes didn't even greet me straight to disrespect , it looks like shes in a leadership position which is ridiculous considering shes not upholding that standar nor being an example to the other employees besides this the other staff was very nice . After she doesnt even bother changing her gloves after touching all the counters as servsafe certifications indicate. Here is the woman of the hour since she wants to cause an scene lets give her the spotlight.

Food is honestly better than Chipotle. Way more flavor. They just need the side cups to be like Chipotle. Side portion cups are just too small.

Just had a nice and fresh lunch here the other day. I had the 3-cheese nacho option with grilled chicken and the chips were deliciously crispy. 😋 A coworker recommended it, now I'm just passing the voice to you!
