as someone who's quite a regular here, the quality of the smoothies and food has always been five stars to me. however, the service and attentiveness today was not so great.i placed an order for pickup through the rewards app and arrived at around 1:40pm. my smoothie was ready upon arrival, but my toast wasn't, so i told one of the employees that i would sit and wait until it's ready. i sat and waited until i was so tired of waiting that i decided to get up and ask when it would be ready. when i got up, i saw my food on the counter, meaning it was already ready while i was sitting and waiting for my "unready" toast.i will continue coming to this location because the smoothies are great, but the service and attentiveness today was quite inconvenient. this usually does not happen so i wouldn't expect it to happen again. they were a bit busier than usual today, so i can give them some of the benefit of the doubt.

I waited 10 minutes for my pick up order that was already ready. She then gave it to me with the cap half on. As I was walking out, the cap slipped off and the smoothie dropped everywhere. Then she made me wait another 15 minutes while she finished up other orders, after she said she would make me another one then proceeded to charge me another $10. Super disappointed at this customer service.

If you're on the lookout for a refreshing and nutritious treat in the heart of the West End Plaza along West Broad Street, look no further than this place. I ordered the Acai Strawnana Berry Bowl and it was delicious. The service was very friendly and accommodating. The place was very clean with very limited seating. Parking was limited as well as it is shared with the Plaza and can be very busy during high-traffic times. Overall was a great experience. Enjoy!

Really slow service which is not the fault of the employees - there is usually only one (or max two) people working, and they desperately need more staff, Quality is inconsistent and prices are high. Smoothies are good, but the parking in this lot is abysmal.

I got the Classic Avocado Toast and Dr. Robeks smoothie! Perfect combo after a morning workout. The smoothie texture was just how I wanted it and you can't go wrong with pairing it with an avocado toast. Also, I didn't get the name of who created the food for me this morning but she was so sweet! Great service.

I love the smoothies and the concept. Don't fall for other smoothie joints. The service is okay. I believe it is hard to staff this kind of business throughout the year, either way the staff works hard each visit and multitasks like a champ. Erica was great. At least I believe that was her name. I felt comfortable sitting there and eating regardless of being the only one there so the ambiance overcame was comfortable. Very clean from what noticed. Prices area still reasonable so enjoy the healthier options while you can. Unfortunate the wheat grass shots are hard to come by. I wish they had a email or something when it was available. Four stars because I had to opt for the turmeric shot for the third month in a row :(
*Edited five days after owner repsonded* - So no i was not speechless!!! i have so many good things to say. The staff tried to up sell me on add-ons based on what i wanted to target! I never tried the turmeric shot but i was sold on it after one of the girls answered ALL of my many questions about it. It felt nice because the employees were working hard and actually seemed happy to be there! They were answering as a group and even each one had some information to tell me about what ever i asked/bother them about. I went twice after i enjoyed the tumeric shot. Once I went alone and it was two young women that served me and answered all my questions. I went again 24 hours later and they had one of the girls and a guy this time. I took a friend with me and she also agrees the employees were nice and informative. I feel like having involved staff is what makes me go here instead of smoothie king.. The only problem is how do you pay these wages to educated people that will involve themselves into your health and diet ideas, as valued employees like this they will go seek further employment instead of a smoothie joint

I love Robeks smoothies!! i get them almost weekly! The staff is super friendly & it's always clean inside! my favorite is the Nuts About Protein but all the smoothies I've tried have been delicious! Plus once I downloaded their app I get rewards everytime I go so I've been able to get a free smoothie a few times with my reward points! Definitely recommend!!!
