This is my favorite place in the area! I don’t get too see my best friend often so when we get together , we always choose this location. Me and mi friend are costumers for the past 3 years, service is amazing! The management too.

I went to this Ruby Tuesday and ordered to go food because I had a coupon for buy one entree get a second one free and when I went there I was really sort of disturbed by how messy the bar area, was that's where I had to go to pick up my food. The bar needed to be bussed. When I stepped up to the bar it was messy there were empty glasses that had beer in them and so it smelled like stale beer and I was just really surprised because it wasn't like it was even busy and there was plenty of time to wipe down the bar. There were crumbs and food remnants on the bar, it just did not give me a very good feeling when I was there to pickup food. I eventually got my food which was another bit of disappointment because I ordered it ahead of time. I called it in and they said it be 15 or 20 minutes I got there about 20-25 minutes after I ordered and it still wasn't ready they told me I have to wait about another 5 minutes and so I eventually got my food in about another 5 minutes and got home. The food was fine it's sort of what I expected, just generic sort of fair not much to speak of but overall I probably won't go back unless I have another coupon to get a free entree again because it just was nothing to speak about and it was further away from my home than I would normally like to go and I was really sort of disappointed by the cleanliness of the bar area.

I have been a loyal customer at this location for approximately 6 years now. I basically go every day unless I am out of town or on vacation. I feel like I’m spending time with my second family. I’ve gotten to know the managers, bartenders, the other regulars and some of the servers over the years and they treat me like I’m family. It’s the perfect place for me to stop and have my evening meal on my way home. I’m glad to have such great people in my life!

The salad bar was great as always, the servers were very friendly. We told them we were on a lunch break and all of our food came out very quickly. Smokehouse sliders were excellent. Would recommend!

It was very pleasant experience, the service was very good as well as the food plus a very reasonable price.
It's good food but the front desk people take awhile to acknowledge you and I went in there with a free coupon but I paid for drinks but because my meal was free I think the waitress didn't want to check on me often, little does she know I Would have given her a decent tip.

I ate at this Ruby Tuesday about four weeks ago with a dinner party of eight including the reviewer below that described receiving spoiled coleslaw. This is the first time I review a restaurant and I do so because my experience at this Ruby Tuesday was so bad. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE EATING AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I ordered a cajun steak with broccoli. I received a COLD steak that had no where near any cajun flavor. I also received four (4) measly broccoli pieces. When I informed the manager that a diner had been served spoiled coleslaw, he simply had a server remove it and offered NO APOLOGY! REALLY BAD SERVICE!

Ribs, mashed potatoes were good as well as the chicken broccoli pasta. Salad bar had old, browning, lettuce. The waiter, we've had before. I believe he's Filipino. He's always been very friendly. Didnt catch his name though. Food there has gotten pricey.
