5 stars. This is the old Fortune on Arlington blvd. unfortunately I heard that they are closing this month because of covid+lack of business. I wish the owner well.

I know this restaurant Saigon 1975 ☝️previous name Fortune restaurant At 7 Córners . the Pho is excellent. Unfortunately a lot good business have shut down cause . Grab and go doesn’t bring enough ? to cover for expenses ? profit for restaurants are on . Wine / beer / mix drinks not on the food unfortunately the COVID-19 has putting all kind of business out ? GOOD bless America ??

Covid has really put Saigon 1975 into a bind. Operation and hours are reduced but we were lucky to enjoy a very nice dim sum lunch there. Staffing is down to just the owner and family members running the place doing mostly take-out. The Dim sum menu is smaller and prices necessarily increased (but still reasonable) for the restaurant to survive and try to cover the rent. Food was very tasty. We have also enjoyed some really nice Chinese banquet dinners at Saigon 1975 so it is sad to see how they are struggling with the pandemic. Hopefully they business picks up for them to recover.

To make it short, I’ll just say this. Take your money else where. Here’s my list of actual reasons for my 2 star decision. Fried spring roll was refrigerator cold on the inside, table cloth was covered in residue from previous customer, chinese broccoli tasted like microwaved and not fresh, they didn’t realize we didn’t have water until half way into the meal, when I asked to replace the spring roll the manager said what other choice do I have in a unpleasant way. The only reason why I didn’t give them 1 star is bc I feel bad that they put so much decor investment into a place where the food is absolute A*#.

Excellent service and food. I can say honestly that their fish sauce wings are maybe the best version of wings I've ever had. Almost worth going just for them (though the rest of the menu never disappoints).

My husband and I went here on a Thursday night and were able to order take-out Pho noodles with the fresh spring roll. The staff was so friendly, helpful, and prompt! I cannot wait to return and have some more of their food!! It was delicious and at such a great price! We are customers now! Thank you, Saigon 1975!!

We got some social distancing/quarantine pho to curb our cravings and the food was AMAZING. I was so sad to hear we were only their second customer of the day. So if you all are craving pho or Vietnamese food, definitely do pick up/delivery from here!

I was exciting that they serve "banh khot". My husnband and I went there on Sunday. It was easy to spot as out first time there. I, of course, ordered banh khot (it's Vietnamese small pancake with meats and shrimps on top), and my hubby had pho. Thista was our first time visited there. They serve both dim sum and Vietnamese dishes but we had to ask for the menu. Otherwise they assumed that we were going to have dim sum. The restaurant is quite nice. The ambiance was noise, bright light, simple decor, nothing fancy. Friendly servers and food was acceptable. My husband ordered "special" pho and didn't realize that it was a large size bowl. The server didn't mention that it was oen size - large. The server did recommended "special" pho though. Banh Khot was fine. Pho at this place is average. We may come back for other dishes. In any event, we do recommend for friends and family.

A Vietnamese restaurant at dinner, but during lunch, most people are eating Cantonese style dim sum. The dim sum has the favorites, done well. We came just after lunar New year, so they had a few Chinese New year items like niangao. The Chinese tea was nice.

Hands down the worst Pho I've ever had. The broth was thin and tasteless, the noodles clearly came from a plastic package a minute before my bowl was served judging by their shape on arrival. While the spring roll was adequate, I can not recommend this place less if you're looking for good or even adequate Pho.

Nice restaurant, spacious for event or gathering, Good customer service but the food was lousy, Hu Tieu soup tasteless, shrimp was too hard and not fresh at all, ( XaXiu) BBQ pork was bad smell. I couldn’t finish the whole thing even I was very hungry. Dim Sum was okay the stir fried Noodle over cooked. My cousin warned me before but I still wanted to give it a try since it’s very close to our place. Totally disappointed.
