Honestly they didn’t have good hospitality, they didn’t let us cut a cake which is fine but they were really rude about it like they didn’t need to be disrespectful the could have said it nicely. They had good coffee and the atmosphere was good but the service wasn’t it .

So desserts, atmosphere and drinks are phenomenal.... but after like 5pm they have no desserts left and very few options of their specialty coffees are available. Its my polite recommendation that they have a separate night menu item. with items/drinks that are only served after 6pm

I honestly don’t understand the hype around this place. My wife and I went in after seeing all the positive reviews and decided to try their iced pistachio latte — which everyone seems to rave about — and I also ordered the pistachio cheesecake. The latte was extremely underwhelming and tasted very average at best. As for the cheesecake, I could barely get through two bites — the flavor was off and it just wasn’t enjoyable at all.
The atmosphere didn’t help either. The place was uncomfortably quiet, to the point where it felt awkward. Some background music would really make a difference.
The worst part is that both my wife and I ended up with severe diarrhea later that night and continued until morning. That alone is enough to say we’ll never be returning.
I would not recommend this place, their drinks, or their desserts. Definitely not worth the visit

Very limited parking. The parking opposite shaghf is reserved for visitor to the apartment complex (but the signs are not clear) i parked there and my car got towed. Its a shame bc its a great coffee place-wish they chose a more parking friendly location.

The coffee and the pistachio cheesecake that we had was so incredibly good. However , the girl at the counter didn’t seem too pleased to be doing her job. She greeted us with a very stern face , no pleasantness and didn’t feel like she wanted to be there. We would definitely return just for the desserts and coffee. Please have friendly people at the counter where they make you feel like you’re welcomed into the establishment. We felt so uneasy that for a moment we contemplated leaving. The interior is beautiful. Very easy on the eyes and very soothing.

A unique spot with a unique name and style, modern, cozy and quiet, once inside that beautiful café place, you forgot about the outside, you feel as if you have been teleported to a different dimension. We love the atmosphere and we love the menu! Cheers folks!

I was really looking forward to trying Shaghf Café, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The waiting time was very long, and the service felt unorganized and inattentive. The place itself has potential — nice atmosphere and good menu options — but the service needs serious improvement. I hope they can work on this, because it could easily become one of the best cafés around with better management.

This was the most disappointing experience I had in this place. I ordered green tea thinking it would be a specially crafted drink like all other coffee drinks they serve. I ended up getting a tiny cup with a tea bag for a whopping $4.21!!!! With a rude face. An utter ripoff. Never again will set foot in this place. Buyer beware!
