I recently visited Shah Halal and was disappointed by the level of customer service I received. Throughout my interaction with the staff, I found their demeanor to be impolite and lacking in basic manners. This significantly detracted from my overall dining experience. I believe that courteous and respectful communication is essential in any establishment, and unfortunately, this was not reflected during my visit. As a result, I am unlikely to return in the future."

Food was subpar. Not super flavorful. Was missing something to set it apart. I did like the hummus. Was expecting a lot more with the raving reviews. The younger gentleman who took my husband's order was rude and complained when we asked for spoons. ?♀️ oh well.

Bland, just so freaking bland. The texture of the meat, the rice, and the salad was all fine, but it was so freaking bland. I was shocked at how bland it was and can definitely say that it does not rise to the level of some of its competition. I don't know if it was an off day or something, I mean he did put plenty of white sauce on there, but it was extremely bland. Like no flavor. Quite disappointing. Hard to give more than 2 stars for food that was flavorless - wouldn't be fair to other places. Maybe it was an off day, but what I had was bland food.
