“The food was quite tasty, but unfortunately the service didn’t leave the same positive impression. Right after we finished our meal, the card machine was brought to the table, which made us feel as if we were being rushed to leave. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere. A bit more attentiveness to guest comfort would have made the experience much better.”

Here’s a short review you can use:

“We had an excellent experience at Shinwari. The Charsi Karhai was flavorful and perfectly cooked, paired beautifully with fresh naan. The mint lemonade was refreshing and balanced. We also tried their matka chai which was great.
The service was warm and attentive, and the ambiance made the meal even more enjoyable. Definitely a place we’d return to.”

It took 1 hour+ for our order to get ready (they said 35 minutes for lamb tikka). While we were having it, blood was dripping from Some pieces of lamb tikka (we told them to make it well-done)- some pieces were as hard as biting a leather!!!! Why undercooked ? the waiter said it is Tandoor that’s why it’s like this — lamb karaye and naan was really great. It cost $161 for 2 orders of lamb Tikka @ $39 each, 1 karaye and a few naan with green tea - it is not worth the price and we won’t go there again.

I travelled from England to visit my friend, who recommended this place. The ambience perfectly matches the delicious food, which I loved. The tasty dishes are rich in protein and offer great value. The team management was also good.

Best thing is the Karahi (Goat). Mixed grill platter was okay. Strange that a mixed grill platter doesn't have Tandoori chicken. Unfortunately the quail on the platter had heek. Restaurant had strong smell of hookah/cigarettes. Admittedly, the Tandoori Chai is very tasty.

Chicken related stuff was really delicious but lamb meat was giving a bad smell. So, I will not try their lamb again but chicken is really good.
I am adding my recent visit to this place after two yrs. The only thing that I liked in my previous visit was chicken charsi karhai and this time it was so bad in taste. It was just giving me taste of tomato puree only. I spent $80 for just tomato puree taste. So disgusting taste. I am not going to visit this place ever.
