While the food is usually good, the service is atrocious. You sit far too long for the order to be taken, then it's often wrong, and hope you don't want refills. The negative experiences far outweigh the positive.

Our family had dinner at SD tonight. We were presented with a point of sale terminal at our table and the total of the check was announced loudly by the server. We were informed we could print a copy of the check AFTER payment was made.
I don’t think it’s a great leap to discern the problems with this situation. People do not invite a guest out to have the total of the check announced at the table. The check and its details need to be proffered to the guest to be examined...read full review
