I just had one of the worse meals ever. Pancakes, that were cold around the outside and warm in the middle, the chicken sausage tasted like hokey pukes, cold and hard and the strawberries on the side were bad. I should have eaten at Arby’s.
While the food is usually good, the service is atrocious. You sit far too long for the order to be taken, then it's often wrong, and hope you don't want refills. The negative experiences far outweigh the positive.
