Me & my mom went with my daughter & little cousin my daughter was really fussy && yissel went out of her way to make her happy and we had exceptional service. Yissel was so sweet! she goes above and beyond customer service she is a great person! She deserves a raise! 1000% would be back bc of her!

I’ve ordered catering from Spin Pollo twice for work events, and it has been a pleasure each time. The staff is always punctual, polite, and very attentive. The food—especially the chicken, salad, and rice—is consistently fresh and delicious. I also appreciate that they offer vegan and vegetarian options, which is perfect for accommodating employees who don’t eat meat. Everything has arrived exactly as requested, with no issues. This is my second time ordering. The first time I thought it was an accident they didn’t add utensils and mixed up the sauces but no. They have an option online to add utensils and to choose your sauces but give you the 3 different sauces regardless. Why even have an option? I’ve gone to other food places and I think it’s odd it doesn’t come with utensils if requested and I always get up charged for .25 cents for the yellow sauces if I want more. Why not do that instead of having an option online to choose your sauces? I like to get all yellow sauces so my kids dont fight over them. The food is ok. Nothing special, there’s other places that have better customer services and don’t pick and chose when to listen to orders.

Today i was reminded why i don't come here anymore after many years i came i asked if everything's in the bag they said yes then i get home and im missing every side i ordered and got no salad with my orders that were supposed to come with it and i got more grilled veggies then anything fries were all soggy i ended up paying $70 for $25 worth of food then i call to ask and only get offered to come back to pick it up... so now i can finally eat at 9:20when i made my initial order at 7. funny cause even when i went back the yukas were soggy and felt like mashed potato’s. wasted my entire night.

Wonderful take-out meal! Delish sides — my choices being rice, beans (pinto & black mixed!), and the caramelized plantains. All reasonably priced and packaged! 💛

Hello, today a small group of us went to eat at the restaurant, the chicken was good but the poor attention of the cashier turned on the music at full blast and we told her to turn down the bolune and she said the restaurant is now closed. Hateful girl has to be sent to school
