It's cold (30F) outside and this place doesn't provide heat for customers.

I was in there for a sandwich and a coffee for breakfast. The service was very quick, but there was no "please" or "thank you." It's not hard to say please and thank you. I worked in the industry for years myself, and I know it's difficult, but you can at least say please and thank you to a customer, especially a loyal one.

The service this morning is not good. Two ladies, one is playing with phone, another is talking with someone, neither cares about me standing there. It took several minutes until they finally want to serve me. My review is specific for this morning. Other days the service is fine.

Wonderful place. Great menu and staff. BUT when I say I want to eat my order at my table and YOU say "You can't eat it here, we have no plates...." Please get real....... I placed my breakfast muffin on a Starbux bag and it was just as good a plate as any.

This location has honestly become my favorite in the area! The staff are very friendly and several of them make an effort to get to know the regulars. My drink always comes out on time when ordering with mobile and I never have to wait long in line when ordering at the counter. My only gripe is that it can be hard to find a clean table during busy times, but that’s understandable with how much foot traffic they get. Overall a great Starbucks location!

It was not pleasure at all. The lady at the cashier was very mean and rude.

Other than service, Coffee was good and atmosphere was joyful enough.
