There was a line to order I asked to use the restroom and I was basically interrogated by one of the employees before given the code for the Restroom. Definitely not returning to this location.

Today I was made to buy something in order to use the restroom. I can see if I was homeless and going to use it as a shower but I was in my uniform and not about to bathe in there. The ladies that attended me were very off putting and rude. I did end up buying something and then they gave me access to the restroom. The restroom looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned for at least a week. The floor was sticky with iron all over the floor.
For someone to keep the wrong people out of the restroom I expected a clean bathroom.
I have been to many Starbucks that do not keep a code and their restrooms are very clean.

If you need to use bathroom you have to buy something even if you already buy coffee and croissants

A nice Starbucks, but crowded during
weekends. I have been there twice, and both times were crowded. It is ok for a Starbucks to be almost fully packed, but in this place, some people talked very loudly, and I didn’t feel comfortable sitting inside.

This store has improved a lot, used to be dirty all the time now looks cleaner

Would be nice if corporate or the landlord fix the door that bangs every time someone comes in or leaves the store the door banging is really loud and annoying

The illumination of the store is too bright at night those little led lights most of them should be off they hurt the eyes

I visited Starbucks Oct 19,2024 at 7:15 Pm I had the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered at this location. The cashier’s attitude was shockingly rude and unprofessional. I’ve always appreciated the friendly atmosphere here, but today was far from that. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt rushed and dismissed. The attitude of the cashier was completely unacceptable and put a damper on my entire visit. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue and ensures better customer

This one is really dirty. Look like they don’t wipe the tables or even sweep the floor. And the bathroom. Looks and smells like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. I will never go back to this one

I recommend placing your order for pickup well in advance if you want to be in and out quickly. The service here is incredibly slow. While I try to be understanding since the staff are older women, the wait is consistently long, and the line moves at a slow pace.

The customer service is also lacking a bit. While the staff are friendly, they don’t greet you as you walk in like most other Starbucks locations, which is something I usually look forward to. To be fair, they seem understaffed—it’s typically just two people working, and they appear overworked. Adding an extra employee or two could really improve the efficiency and experience here.

I tell you their coffee is different, I have coffee at home, but a couple of times a week, I have to get their coffee and blueberry scone. Services are excellent.
