Doug and Tulsi are both extremely unprofessional and need some customer service training.

I go there to work on my laptop occasionally and typically buy something before I leave. The manager who is either new or I’ve never met before told me I had to leave if I wasn’t buying anything although the store was quite dead as the majority of my time there there was only 2 people in the store. She didn’t care. I won’t be purchasing Starbucks anymore they’ve gone downhill these recent years.

Worse customer service will never try it again

Rude and unprofessional, especially the lady who seem to be the day shift lead. Promote someone that has some class and courtesy, definitely not who’s rachet. Starbucks, you could do better.

6/9/2025 10:15am. Just to say that I asked the employee for a cup of water so I can set & get my self together! He simply refused because thats the company policy! No water before you make a purchase. Shame on you to work there, Shame on Starbucks as well!

I wish I’d gotten her name, but the barista/cashier that helped me on 11/22 at 5:20pm is an angel on earth and made my entire day. It didn’t go unnoticed, thank you so much!!

1. Requested a 'well toasted' bagel and... after a considerable amount of time, came warm and not toasted. 2. Requested a large Mocha Frappuccino with 5 extra shots of mocha mix... Received a Frappuccino that was almost all ice... no coffee... maybe one or two pumps....
I will never step inside this store again!

Super friendly staff and there was something extra tasty about my mocha. Not the cutest Starbucks in regard to atmosphere but wow, I really enjoyed my iced mocha.

They are closed at 8:40 and supposedly they are closed at 9:30, how is that possible?

The new remodeling of this starbucks location is absoluterly horrible. There are this small tables where it is imposible to study or read while sipping a coffee, these "tables" are connected to the unconfortable long seat so it is imposible to sit and work confortably. The design is also really horrible and looks ugly.
