Susan, the barista, is demonstrably and overly passive aggressive. Three times that I went to this location at 5am, for a simple cup of coffee ☕ with cream and stevia on the side, she included the cream and stevia in the coffee ☕Wasting my time and she knew it.I'm unclear as to why she is able to maintain employment with Starbucks under these circumstances.

Today I ordered online a drink at this location as a mistake in the morning while I was at the other SB location already, so I called and asked them if I could pick it up later today and the lady who answered the phone said yes. And when I came in the evening to get my drink, they acted like I was a liar! The worker treated me so rude and made my drink so bad. He is the man with the beard (he didn’t have his name tag on).I ordered a Grande drink in Venti size because I wanted more room for the foam but look at the drink, if excluded the foam, maybe it’s just a Tall size.

Ordered a hot chocolate with sweet cream as the base for my Mom. What do you know? I got just hot sweet cream. $6 bunks for hot sweet cream. This is why I think it’s hella ridiculous that Starbucks (and any other retail) would have a tip feature on the order app and ask for a tip before the service or customer experience is complete. Nowadays, folks want to be tipped for doing their job (and giving me what I paid for) even when they even don’t do their job nor actual wait on customers in the traditional sense.

6270 is the best Starbucks location I have been to so far!! The service is amazing, the drinks are great and the stuff is terrific. The team is very friendly and professional, they know their repeat customers and they know their favorite drinks. Special shout out to Nawar, Jacob, John and Melvy for always being positive and attentive.

I am extremely disappointed this stores manager, Aiden. Today, I simply requested some extra cream in my tall coffee. To my surprise, Aiden informed me that providing more than 3 ounces of cream would come with an additional charge. However, it struck me as unfair when I observed other customers ordering extravagant concoctions with multiple pumps of various syrups without any issue. I pay $3 for an 8-ounce coffee and merely ask for a blend of coffee and cream, to my liking and yet I was met with a firm refusal and the requirement to pay for a larger size. It's disheartening to witness such a decline in the quality of service from Starbucks. The employees' behavior was unbecoming, and their willingness to argue over a pricey cup of coffee is beyond comprehension. As a side note, it's worth mentioning that $3 could easily purchase half a gallon of half-and-half, further highlighting the disparity between cost and quantity in this situation.
Starbucks is overrated. There's no denying it, and their prices are laughable. I wish they'd focus more on smoother blends, as a lot of theirs have this "burnt Seattle aftertaste " that isn't pleasant. Will it wake you up? Absolutely! The coffees here tend to have a lot more caffeine in them. That can be a good thing if early in the day, but problematic later on.One drink I always like is the mocha frappe's. These are absolutely delicious. Customer service here is very good. Nice folks here, and they definitely work hard, to handle the near insane sales volume. The store checks all the boxes. If you're in the area stop on in.

I always DON'T write reviews. But when you deal with Douglas, you feel he is RUDE and doesn't respect everybody for no reason. He seems a racist person. He blamed me for using napkins, that I already had on my table, to clean the floor when I split my coffee. Instead of saying: thank you, I'll take care of it, he started telling me rudely in front of other customers, he said: I brought this towel, you see it, this should be used to clean the floor, not the napkins. Then I told him: I'm sorry...seems I did a mistake helping to clean, he said: yes you did. WHAT A RUDE PERSON WORKING AT A FAMOUS WORLDWIDE COFFEE SHOP????!!!!!!!!

Every morning l drop by for a hot of grande pike coffee to help me wake before heading out to work. There are some staffes who working very hard to serve and to give all of customers a big welcome greeting asa some one reaching to the door. But specially,Thalia a ship manager is working very hard more than other. Well done, well done 7 corner Starbucks. I have been telling them, you guys have to be very carefully because you don't know whenever the big Boss will be stopping by.Keep on working hard guys, that is The American way.
