After ordering my drink and paying for extra sauce I asked on three separate occasions for the extra sauce since there was barely any sauce in the cup nor did she put enough in my cup. Then tells me "oh I think it's enough". Didn't even fill my cup to the top like every other employee here has done. Jemila has terrible service and this is the second time. If your customers are paging extra for what they want then they should receive just that. Didn't realize her job was to police the caramel sauce.

Went this morning 8/7/21 around 9:00am the women working there at that time was so rude. She was not personable at all didn’t even look up at me, I asked if they had almond croissant her response “we have what you see there” -with an attitude. They didn’t have sweet cream cold foam or whip cream when I asked for some again she had an attitude like I was disturbing her by asking. Good thing this Starbucks is not in my neighborhood I was just passing by and needed coffee. I regret not getting her name but she was the only one there at that time. She needs retraining on customer service.
Tonnya didn’t even welcome us .Rude - don’t look up talking to customers -Asked for Splenda she said over counter !When all other location will Mixe it while preparing drink .Ended up trashing the drink .
