Coffee was hot, but the staff weren't as warm as I expected. Fast service, in and out in about 5 minutes.

They actually enforce the rule of not letting peoole use the bathroom unless they buy something.
Servers are rude and slow when I did buy something.
Drip coffee was old and burnt.

If you're in a rush and haven't ordered ahead, don't come here. They have really piss poor drink management and prioritize mobile orders over any in store orders.

I ordered here in person and they have 15 mobile orders on queue that they've decided to do before mine. So yeah, screw this place

I always get my morning coffee from this Starbucks, and it never disappoints! Huge thanks to RAE she always welcomes you with a warm smile and a quick, pleasant chat. She even gives helpful suggestions if you’re unsure what to try, and her recommendations are always on point. It’s the little things like this that make my mornings better. Great service and great vibes! I highly recommend this place!

This Starbucks has a wonderful and inviting staff. Tessie and Al especially always greet everyone with a smile and make the simple experience of ordering a coffee a joy. I continue to visit this location because of them. Great work you guys!

I did my mobile order, and needed to use the restroom before I grabbed my order. Was told the restroom is for customers only! At 6:30 in the morning. As a mom, healthcare worker and student, I spend hundreds of dollars at Starbucks every month - and I’m sure it would be hard to find someone who isn’t or hasn’t been a “customer”.

Awful customer service.

Convenient as there are Tesla Superchargers out back. Unfortunately they are closed for a remodel until February 15th.

My favorite Starbucks however today wasn’t a so nice experience with one of the employee.
I will still give it another chance and hopefully she just had a bad day today !!!!!

I was looking for a caffeinated drink nearby after lunch and was relieved to find this Starbucks. The service was friendly and quick, and the inside was clean. The cafe latte I ordered was creamy and had just the right kick. I also noticed plenty of parking in front of the shop, making it an excellent spot for a quick coffee break.

This was the first Starbucks I’ve gone to that customer service wasn’t exceptional. I was the only customer there and possibly one of the first of the day (Aug 24 @ 6:35am) The two employees working were not the least bit welcoming or friendly. The bathroom was dirty for being so early- most likely wasn’t cleaned from the day before. However, I ordered my iced chai latte with pumpkin foam cold cream- and it was made well, very delicious!

So I've stopped going to Starbucks depending on the location for a long time. But recently I've been going to the one 3 minutes from where I live.

I always get the same thing, venti mocha frap.
Except 1 time yesterday in which was made perfect, Everytime I order my drink it's ALWAYS WATERY AND RUNNY! And I'm positive it's not supposed to look like that at all!

I've noticed too that I don't get the same greeting as other people when I walk through the door.

The cashier today didn't even bother to take my name for the drink. And it wasn't no other customers there besides me at the moment.

The manager doesn't smile or seems welcoming at all either!

I usually don't do complaints, but I'm tired of going to different locations just to get quality service. Especially when I'll rather just make me a regular cup of hot coffee at home for free.

Now I just threw away half of drink. It's very depressing and disgusting!
