Nasty attitude

Slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. One of the employees was talking on the phone and didn’t notice my order was just sitting there.

I’ve been going to the Barcroft Starbucks for about 15 years. I’ve never seen the service worse than this morning. They are overwhelmed and understaffed. Priority given to drive thru. Don’t go in.

Loud bad music at 7:30 am. 10 minute wait for coffee and I was the only person in line. Wonder why everyone goes to Panera bread right down the street?

Is this a venti iced vanilla latte or milk with a dash of coffee? This place used to make the venti iced latte correctly (i.e. with 3 shots of espresso), however, lately it’s joined the group of Starbucks with untrained baristas that don’t know the recipes and give you milk for coffee. Let the photo speak for itself. If I’m paying $7 dollars for a caffeinated drink it better be coffee not milk + coffee with a sprinkle of brown.

I went to starbuck for mocha frappe she took 10 minutes when no customer was there and also she don't know how to make it.i was watching she don't know what to do how to do .that was so bad after one sip i throw in trash

Thirty minutes for the drive-thru???? Unacceptable for the prices Starbucks charges. Hire more help!!

Drive thru took over 30 min if you have a call out they should close the drive thru. Not fair for the employees working or the customer waiting for a simple drink. Worst service and leadership

Horrible service, takes forever to get a drink through drive-thru. Person in drive through decided to lie and said they were out of napkins when I left $2 tip for TWO drinks. I had to go inside to get the napkins (since lo and behold they weren't out of napkins).

Awful service . Ordered a simple Vanilla bean frap and the ppl behind me got their drinks before I did. Waited 12-13 mins.. I had to go up there and ask them to make my drink! This wasn’t a mobile order either . And I left them a tip too.

I rarely give reviews but the customer service here is less than subpar. The staff seemed to be annoyed that they are there working. They never smile or greet you when interacting. When given the incorrect order, they just wipe off the brim and try and hand it to you again. This particular day I had to ask for them to remake the drink four times due to an allergy. The lady who works in drive through in the morning, is so incredibly rude to where she even made a comment while handing me my drink stating she doesn't want to talk to customers so her peers need to do their jobs related to putting orders in. She can never seem to scan my app, I have no issues at any other location. Hopefully secret shoppers are in place and this is redirected. This is not associated with an one time occurrence.
