Location is good and has a drivethru, was disappointed by staff who completely ignored me and wouldn’t even look at me or speak to me. Out of the three workers Vivian was the ONLY employee who greeted and actually acknowledged me and was kind. The drinks and food were good as well.

I’m very upset by the service provided by this location today. I’ve never had a problem with customer service, every time I went it was great. I made a mobile order like usual. I came about 15-20 min after I placed the order. They said they had it ready for me. When I got to the window, the guy was like “You need to wait until you’re order is complete before coming.” He had an attitude that I did not like. The order was to be ready in 6-8min. And if I ever arrived early, no one ever said anything. I waited for the last item in my order mobile when I received the other 2 items. I heard the same guy say “What is she waiting for?” Then a woman asked me. I told her I’m waiting for my last item I ordered, which was a brownie. Why would they say the order is ready when it was not. I’m very disappointed and will not come back to this location. Very disorganized and poor customer service.

I have gone multiple times and lately the last several times I have gone my drink tastes like the coffee is burnt and watery. I have gone at various times of the day and various days of the week and always get the same drink. This use to be one of the better starbucks to order from.

Today I went through the drive thruAnd I bought three drinks and I paid almost 17 dollars, I bought two smoll and a largeOk the smolls are fine but they gave me the big one the same size as the small ones, well it's supposed to be big and they give me the size of a smoll and I told the cashier why she was giving me that sizeHe replied that that was the big one, it doesn't stop me that it's fair that they're giving it like that.So I hope they are more aware and don't go overboard with the costumers.

The Starbucks employees are extremely disrespectful and rude, to get our order was a mess. I prefer to drive 5min more for a better treated service.

The newly remodeled Starbucks is amazing. What a breath of fresh air this renovation made. The newly renovated space is clean, clear and inviting to its guest. If this is the new model for the rest of the Starbucks franchise, I love it.

We stumbled onto this StarB while on our way to another one nearby. Oddly, it was not showing in the SB app, or Google Maps even though it is a 24-7 standalone store with a drive through. Weird. Nonetheless, the crew quickly guessed the problem when they couldn't find our order. Wrong store! Duh! We showed our paid in-app order and the manager was kind enough to remake our order made at no extra charge. Sure, it means SB Inc lost a very tiny bit of money on that transaction. But, the gains they made in customer appreciation are immeasurable.

Asked for whole milk in my drink and gave me oat-milk which i’m extremely allergic to (thankfully I asked before trying it) Sassed me when I asked them to fix it, then tried to re-use the same cup and said I could not due to cross contamination.It’s fine they made a mistake but having attitude and lack of attention to detail isn’t the best service.

Nice , large store with lots of comfortable seating inside, but super dirty. Staff were very friendly, but they could probably use more help in keeping the facility cleaner.
