The brazen rudeness and lack of customer service is unbelievable. The store seems unclean and likely should have a review of their ability to serve food. I love subway. This location is without doubt the absolute worst I’ve visited. Left without ordering given the circumstances.

Refused to take coupon. Subway promotes the heck out of New subs and no franchise accepts the coupons. Guess the owners figure you'll pay full price since you're already there. Nope. Will not be manipulated. Went and spent my money at Jersey Mike's.

This Subway routinely closes earlier than its posted hours of operation. I have had multiple times when I’ve gone there 20+ minutes before closing time and the door is already locked. They should honor their posted hours, or update their open times to match reality. Very poor customer service.

I’D PUT 0 STARS IF I COULD!! I have a gluten allergy but I saw online that they have GF bread as a menu option. When I went into the store I asked for it and they told me they don’t have it and to just pick one they did offer. I pulled up the FAQ page on the subway website to show them that it does say they offer gluten free bread but I was still told no. It’s extremely frustrating to be given falsified information both on the website and in the store especially because it’s an allergy and it’s not like there is any other option for me but to just leave. Literally the worst service ever. Definitely do not recommend to anyone.

The lady said the store didn't take subway coupons. Which I never heard in my life! I came hungry after a workout and she said after she finish making my sandwich that she will trash it away since I couldn't pay for it. Not to mention she make my wait in line for like 15 min + or less
