The lady said the store didn't take subway coupons. Which I never heard in my life! I came hungry after a workout and she said after she finish making my sandwich that she will trash it away since I couldn't pay for it. Not to mention she make my wait in line for like 15 min + or less

Rude employee. I used to be a regular customer until a male employee harassed me and drove me away. He repeatedly refused to honor the Subway reward system, saying that the store neither allows points to be earned nor rewards to be used for payment. He is a poor representative of Subway-- hostile, dishonest and rude. My strategy for the last three years is to earn points at another Subway. When I accumulate enough points for a free footlong, I order online and pickup at the Annandale store. There is no way that he can block me. I've gotten about 25 free footlong meals (chips and drinks, too) in the last three years. I recommend this Subway only when you want to cash in your rewards for a free meal.

Honestly, I really don't like the lady. She's always got RBF and doesn't understand anything we are saying. I wanted a gift card and she didn't know what I was saying or how to even do one. You lost money due to your staff's incompetence. She is also a bad customer service person. She comes of rude and like you are bothering her every time. I won't be back, and I have gone here about 4 times so far since my move. You should hire competent staff. 11.22.23 @ 5:14pm

Extremely rude. Kept making side comments and complaining while I was just telling him my order. Tried to ask to have a second sandwich toasted but he refused because "spinach breaks ovens." How ridiculous, been to 100 subways before and never had an issue. No costumer service. Once he disrespectfully finished the sandwiches and checked us out. He vanished. Then when we needed water cups and napkins, he got angry that we asked. Cheapskate. Refused to add extra topping upon request, refused to toast a sandwich, and refused to provide extra napkins upon request. Overall, if he doesn't want to work in costumer service then don't run/work at a subway.

I just came back. There's never been a Subway experience like this. I ordered by pickup. #1Philly and chicken teriyaki. All the ingredients were sparse It was really disappointing . I felt like I was eating bread without any meat. tI'll never order from here again. People working there are to cheap with there ingredients.

I don't know if this is a real Subway owned store. I tried to complain to the corporate the store number #57965, and their Address and Subway corporate claims no such store exists here. I couldn't even file official complaint the Store Number doesn't registered in Subway Corporate computer. Long Story Short. I went in 4:30 pm on April 3rd, 2023. I had a coupon 2 sub for $12.99 from the Subway Corporate Coupon. No Secondary. And when I went in they said It is company policy Not to accept Subway Coupons period. She refused me service after the coupon business. I'm a White Male Cop. She refused a Cop in Uniform service after she turned down the coupon business. Coupon didn't expire till 5/31/2023. Today is 4/3/2023. So I walked out. Knowing her story is B.S.

I tried to get a veggie sub and they would not add more than three or four pieces of each veggie to my foot-long sub. I ended up with a lettuce sandwich. And they kept ignoring me when I was asking them for changes to my sandwich.

The worst service I ever had.I ordered foot log sub and the guy who served me told me to not make him do this s*** as I ask him cut in half to 2 ppl.I work near by and definitely will stop by again to get his name and see a manager coz was nonI should of just walk away but I did want my name be on there credit card as prove.I wish Yelp will change there policy to we can give 0 stars or even - stars

Ordered thru Uber Eats. Ordered each topping separately (no Veggies) and toasted. I received a sandwich not toasted, full of lettuce, spinach, onions, tomatoes. AWFUL SANDWICH!!!!
