I recently visited Subway hoping to enjoy a quick and tasty sandwich, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the moment I placed my order, I sensed an attitude from the staff that tainted the entire visit.Upon requesting my sandwich specifications, I noticed a distinct lack of enthusiasm or friendliness from the employee taking my order. Instead of the usual polite demeanor I've come to expect from Subway staff, there was an air of impatience and indifference.As my sandwich was being prepared, I couldn't shake the feeling that it was being made with a side of attitude. The employee seemed to rush through the process, paying little attention to my preferences and seemingly annoyed by my simple requests.

Staff is fine. But this location takes 0 of the promotions. Even with the promotions, it is a significant price increase from previous years. We get it, it's not gourmet food, but at least honor your company's promotions. The website is also super buggy.

This is a good Subway. The staff are friendly and polite. The place is clean and has seating for about a dozen guests. I have only had good experiences at this location.

As a customer, I liked this Subway because it looks very clean. I always order the Steak & Cheese sandwich. However, because I am lactose intolerant, I always asked the person preparing my sub to substitute cheese for bacon. They would add an extra charge, but It's been fine by me. There have been different workers who have done that for me, including the manager. The client orders, the client pays. I have never had an issue with this order. It's my favorite one and also I do it this way because I cannot eat cheese without getting sick. That's the same reason I never add mayonnaise. HOWEVER, today (Sunday, July 9, 2023 @12:30 pm EST), this one coworker (who I wish she had her name tag on) told me that this request — my request was not possible. That, that's not something THEY do. I was in disbelief. I tried to explain to her that they've always done that for me and if I need to pay an extra fee, I do it. The lady insisted though that they never do that (my request). I have never seen her before, I could understand if she is new but the fact that she cannot accommodate for the customer is really troublesome and and annoying.Unfortunately, it does look that the manager of this Subway never reads the reviews, so I am contributing to lower their reviews for others to check before they visit this store. Maybe next time they train their employees better.

My father and I frequent this location, but after today's experience, we will no longer be coming here. We went in at around 730pm, and the two employees were deep in their conversation and didn't even give us eye contact as we approached the counter. My father asked a question about the menu, and they ignored him and continued to speak to each other. We voted with our feet and walked straight out. They probably didn't even notice.

Wow their prices have gone way up! I understand inflation is a problem, but this is madness. Had lunch yesterday here, and what's left of my wallet is on fire. All sort of joking aside, I'll give the company credit. They are adding new products, to make their menu more extensive. This was a solid move.Yesterday's tuna was quite tasty. Many won't pick this, but the nutritional value is super. Vegetables were fresh. Also a clean location, with nice employees. I wish they could be more competitive price wise, but if you're in the area, this works for a quick meal.

Subway mailed a bunch of coupons to nearby residents, so I went in to redeem one. It was just a few dollars off a Footlong. I tried using it after ordering a melt, but I was told that the offer was only valid for very specific, basic sandwiches. I ended up buying the sandwich anyways, but I only went there to redeem this stupid coupon that they mailed me. I won't be back.

As I was entering the restaurant one of the workers was taking the trash out, when she returned she when straight back to make sandwiches with out washing her hands.

Horrid service. The staff lack any meaningful personal contact skills. They are never friendly and are incapable of remembering orders or answers to questions that they just asked. They seem to treat the food with neglect and try to use the least amount of ingredients as possible. Makes for a terrible experience.
