This location likes to hide the food you’re eating. Ask to see the food behind the glass guard. They freak out & say no. Gonna bring this to corporates attention soon. Subway should show everyone everything behind the glass. Am i wrong?

I have always liked Subway, but lately I noticed that if you go at certain times of the day, the sub rolls get hard on the ends to the point where I need to break part of the roll off. Yes, break.Not sure if it's the cabinets they keep them in that get opened and closed all day, or they are making too many at a time and they end up sitting longer, but they need to check them before they use them. Otherwise they may need to stop using the word "fresh" everywhere.
Vegetarian options: They have a few.
Kid-friendliness: It's a fast-food restaurant.

My first experience at this location as I went in with a coupon and I showed that to the staff and they told me that the coupon should work. I place the order accordingly and later they told me that the coupon couldn’t work than the manager by the name of Karina came in and told me that I was a liar. She still didn’t honor the coupon, but rather offered me a bag of chips and a drink when I refused to take the order I confirmed that if this was my sandwich, they said yes I took the sandwich and guess what it was someone else food . Worst experience ever I wish I could have given them zero stars.
