Average subway in Virginia. Ordered a chicken and bacon ranch, herb & cheese bread, with pepperoni, toasted, with lettuce and mayo. It was pretty good

So I came here at 8:40pm 07/02/2022, and i wanted to ask for a sandwich and first of all there was no production for me to see but just metal crates I couldn’t see not even the sauces nor the meats. I asked for chicken in my sandwich and they told me they didn’t have chicken when I clearly saw the chicken. And on top of that I asked for hot sauce chili and they didn’t want to serve me hot sauce. So I did not want to take a sandwich and i left there for them after that they insulted me. Terrible service terrible workers. If a place closes at 9pm it’s a 9pm not when they say they want to close it.

Would’ve given 5 stars but she gave me the wrong size sandwich. I didn’t notice this until it was already made. I didn’t say anything about it and just left. Restaurant was clean and employees were friendly.

I've come here a couple times on lunch breaks and never had a negative experience. Workers have always been polite and greeted everyone who came in. The first time I came here they were super patient with me and explained their deal of the day, the different choices they offer, etc. Veggies are always super fresh and crunchy.

At first we were only here for a cup of ice but the workers were very friendly (plus we needed to eat) so we decided to just get food from here. The gentlemen taking our order was very helpful when guiding us to the right sandwich. He was very attentive and careful making the sandwiches. Service was great and I definitely hope to come back.

I celebrated my birthday today in this fine place. Well we passed a great evening and the restaurant was no doubt one of the reasons for this happy gathering. The crew participated in a pleasant style, the meals were yummy and my friends were very happy. We shall surely visit again for more joyful events. thanks very much.
