Stopped by Sweet Frog today and not only was the froyo amazing, but the service was even better. The young man working behind the counter was freaky, quick, and clearly knew what he was doing. Bonus points—he’s seriously attractive, which definitely made my day. Great customer service and a great smile? I’ll be back!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a welcoming atmosphere and a huge variety of toppings that made it hard to decide what to go for. But what truly made my visit memorable was the young man working behind the counter. He was incredibly friendly, super helpful, and had such a bright, energetic personality that instantly made the whole experience feel special. He gave me some great recommendations and was genuinely enthusiastic about helping me find the perfect combination. It’s rare to come across such positive energy in customer service these days, and it made all the difference. If you're looking for a spot with amazing frozen yogurt and great customer service, this is it!

This establishment runs like a well oiled machine!! Not only did the ice cream taste amazing, the employee working there was super kind too! There was one young man there who, despite having his airpods in and looking at his phone, was amazing when it came to restocking toppings and keeping the shop orderly! I will definitely be coming back

Whoever was working was in the back for a long time. The toppings area was a mess with many toppings empty. The trash can was full with cups stacked on top. The men’s bathroom door does not lock. The kid working there came out on his phone and air pods in and did not seem to care. Other than it was good.

This was disappointing. I had 2 flavors and both were inedible. I LOVE fro-yo and have never NOT finished my cup but this was a first.

I recommend this place to anyone one who is watching out for what they eat ! They have dairy free and no sugar added options available and you can choose toppings like nuts, fresh berries, granola and peanut butter . It makes you feel healthy ! ( there are candy and chocolate etc toppings available too , if you guys want to check em out)
Vegetarian options: Dairy free options like raspberry etc and vegan toppings like granola , berries , nuts and much more
Dietary restrictions: They have no fat or no sugar options for the yogurt and very fiber, protein and healthy toppings
