One of the few froyo places still in business in NOVA. All machines have been in operation when I’ve visited, and it’s always clean and well stocked.

I am giving two stars because recently I went to sweet frog and I was very exited but when I entered I noticed a sign that said no Apple Pay, this was new because last time their machine was working fine. Then I get my frozen yogurt and when I am ready to pay my card did not work and it was not an error on my end it was on their end and I made sure of that so all I could do was leave the yogurt there for them to throw away. Not only that but the worker gave me an attitude she was acting like it was my fault their machine was broken. Until this day their machine is still the same and they just do not care to fix it. By leaving this review I am not saying the yogurt is bad but I am just disappointed.

11.4 ounces at $0.75/oz = 8.55 plus falls church 10% tax. I don't mind paying extra for quality and service but they don't offer complimentary cups to sample the flavors. And the product was too watery. Their iPad is a very old generation which indicates it probably is running an OS that's out of support...great for security.

A family favorite! We are always greeted with a welcoming smile from the owner. The place is always clean and the extra toppings are always kept refilled. There are always the usual flavors along with a few seasonal flavors. Seating is always available indoors and within walking distance, there is a nice little outdoor seating area when the weather is nice. A frequent visit for my family and we will always be back. Enjoy!

I had a great day here yesterday because they gave me a spoon to sample a flavor I wanted to try before getting it! That was super nice! The quality of the fro yo and the toppings have always been great! It can be a bit pricey but that just comes with currency inflation.

What started out as a celebration turned out to be a disaster and embarrassment by an incompetent clerk and her sidekick. (Who were consistently on their phones the entire time we were there.)We were outright accused of lying when we did not and told to leave the store which we did not as we had done nothing wrong, and she wasn’t competent enough to understand her mistake because it was after that that she wanted us to leave. We bought two sizes of cups and it was a concept that she couldn’t handle. She had weighed the bigger one first and set it aside. Then we added three smaller size cups. We paid what she told us it was and started to walk away. She immediately said I had not paid for mine which was impossible because there were three cups together on the scale at once. She repeatedly said I did not put my cup on the scale. Her helper appeared to be as unhelpful as she was and she continued to accuse us of not putting the cup on the scale. I tried to point out that her mistake was that she didn’t add on the cost of the first cup she weighed. She continued to say no that was not it it was because I didn’t put my cup on the scale. We insisted she do it again with the three cups on the one scale and then add the bigger cup which she finally did. She then ordered us out of the store because of the problem she caused and said we were trying to cheat them out of money. She never ever realized her mistake. I am appalled at her so easily accusing us of lying(a 71 YO grandmother) and never even figured out the mistake was her own. Obviously what was supposed to be an enjoyable afternoon with my granddaughter turned into an unpleasant event of accusing me of lying. She made a comment that we likewise accused her of lying which of course we did not we told her she forgot to add the big cup in and that was the problem not that had not put my cup down. If I had done what she asked (add my cup to the scale) she would have lost money as she hadn’t added the big cup in and my smaller cup would have been less. Instead of enjoying the end of the day we were ordered out of the store - she still didn’t get what she had done. But she certainly destroyed the end of our day by accusing me of trying to get away without measuring my cup. I was mortified and embarrassed. She and her cohort went back to their cellphones.

Very disappointed in our experience today. This was my first time going there. We went at about 2 o’clock in the afternoon, so not a very busy time of day. First strike, no sample cups or offering to try flavors. The real problem came at check out. We had a total of four ice cream’s two different sizes. The cashier first asked us to place the green one on, which we did removed it and then placed the three pink ones on. Gave us our total we paid start took our spoons turn to walk away. Then the cashier yelled at us that we did put all three pink ice cream‘s on the scale. That we picked up from in front of her on the scale. Very bad experience with the cashier accusing us of stealing multiple times. Tried explaining her error to her. We then weight all the ice cream again. She came up with a difference of approximately seven dollars. Then wanted to double charge our card again for her new total of $23. I asked can you do the refund of the $16. If you are now going to charge us $23. She said she couldn’t. So then I asked, can we just put the green one on the scale to be weighed and just charge us for that single one since that is the one issue. She did not realize she only charges for the pink ones but not the green one that she first put on her scale. Very disappointing that she cannot take ownership for her mistake and turn it around a blaming us. But I guess the problem is that we were interrupting her movie that she had to pause the movie on her phone and the fraternization with her boyfriend at the checkout counter. Very disappointing experience cashier needs to learn some customer service and some manners. I’ve worked in the service industry for over 15 years. I will not be returning to your location.

My son and I love Sweet Frog! The owner is so sweet! He always greets you with this biggest smile. We've stopped by multiple times and he's always been so welcoming. I will keep continuing to visit!

Every time I go to sweet frog has been a positive experience! The people who work there are so friendly and sweet, it’s always clean and they have great selections. Frozen yogurt is great everywhere, but the folks who work here make this place my favorite dessert spot!
