Not sure how people are getting negative experiences here but I come here fairly regularly and it’s always fast, clean, and the foods good you don’t really need anything else from a Taco Bell. Preem location.

Drive through experience was great. Lady was patient with me and very well mannered. Taco Bell is good when you crave it and great when they provide good customer service on top.

I used to like coming here, but after tonight, I am off Taco Bell. You can only order inside using the kiosks. There's nobody at the registers. I placed my order, opting to pay cash at the register. Lots of people were waiting for their food. The person who ordered ahead of me waited at least 30 minutes. Others who ordered after me got their food, so after 40 minutes, I figured they lost my order and reordered at the kiosk.Things had slowed down, and the manager on duty asked what I needed. I explained I had been waiting nearly an hour. He started to respond when he noticed I was holding dollar bills, and he said "oh" as he realized what had happened. The problem is that they don't process the order and make the food until you pay. This would be okay if there was someone at the register or if the system let them know someone needed to pay at the register.

20 dollars for basically beans and bread. Very little steak and the new chicken empanadas are pretty good actually but the 5 layered burrito and the steak burrito were horrible, as I said it was just burrito bread, rice and beans for almost 7 bucks

This location is great. The staff is always friendly but what happened to the vegetarian menu? Taco Bell is one of the only fast food chains that has always catered to vegetarians. Not only was the vegetarian menu gone but also the fiesta veggie burrito ???

I placed a mobile order and came in to pick it up. First time at this location. I showed my order details and the lady working the counter said “I don’t care, I need to see your name.” The name is not on the order details in the app and she just kept yelling at me that she needed to see my name. I finally showed her my name at the top of the app and she kept arguing with me that she couldn’t see it and finally just threw the food at me when she finally saw it. This is the rudest fast food place I’ve ever been in. Heard her yelling at another customer who was there for mobile pickup too…

The $5 cravings box is now $10. Lol. No thanks! Lost my business.

ORDERING AT REGISTER DIFFICULT WITH NO MENUS ABOVE.Handicapped friends and family would find this difficult and need others to order for them at a kiosk. We bring this to the attention of locations because it's difficult when things like this are this way when they are out and can't do things

Kiosk ordering only. Not my cup of tea! I need a person to speak with and to get my food ordered, not a kiosk!

For as much grief as taco bell gets, they still make a tasty, low priced, fast food meal. I get the cravings box and it is more than enough food.

Honestly fast food isn't too fast anymore and customer service is hard to come by. Was pleased with this at this location always.
