I went in to order food to go and it was so fast, maybe 10 mins tops before I got my food and was headed on my way. A few other reviews said the people working here have limited English, but the woman who took my order had no problem chatting with me while I waited - she was super nice and welcoming! The menu has an English side and a Vietnamese side that match up, so you can just show them the number of what you want if you ever run into anyone with limited English. I'm not familiar with many Vietnamese dishes, so I'm excited to come back and keep trying more since the tofu dish I got was SO good!Dietary restrictions: The whole menu is vegan

Cute little place tucked inside a shopping complex. This is by far the best vegan place I've dined in in the DMV area. We had the broken rice + shredded tofu, spicy veg noodle soup, and lotus root salad. The food was tasty, and the lady who runs the place is very sweet :)It is hard to find veg vietnamese food (that is not pho), and this place offers exactly that! The complimentary tea that the lady served was also amazing. The owner saw me struggling to put the noodle soup in the to go box, and she offered to help.We would definitely visit again.I would request the owner to be more descriptive on their english menu items. The current descriptions don't do justice to the amount of effort she puts in making those items.

Get the spicy noodle soup, is the tastiest thing on the menu especially on a winter day. Portions are giant. Whole menu vegan. The coconut milk noodle appetizer was also well-liked.Vegetarian options: All vegan

Great veg/vegan Vietnamese in Eden Place. A nice warming bowl of delicious noodle soup, plenty of other options if that’s not your thing. It’s cash only, stay ready for

I was so happy to find this restaurant! This restaurant now call itself Dieu Huang, and they are now taking credit cards. It's wonderful to find a truly vegan restaurant. The food was tasty and interesting, and the service was spectacular! Yum!

Authentic Vegetarian Vietnamese food. You can order from the menu or choose items from the spread. The menu has noodle soups and other items. I was there for lunch and my friend suggested to try the rice and curries. I had bamboo shoot, tofu, tofu skin, stuffed bitter melon, wrapped veg "sausage" etc.Food was excellent and I loved it. It was as if I was eating in Vietnam. Bittermelon is an acquired taste, I like it now but didn't when I was younger. This place is inside the strip mall in Eden center. This is the only vegetarian restaurant there, the name of the place didn't say Thangh Van.Note - workers don't speak much English and the place is not necessarily targeted for non-vietnamese. You don't know the names of items on the buffet spread, so you have to point and choose.Vegetarian options: All vegetarian restaurant.

Stop reading and just go.The food is wonderful. They have a large menu of noodle soups ? cooked to order. I chose a plate of rice and got to pick three entrees from a buffet most people order to go. There was lots of tofu and seitan. I didn't know exactly what I was choosing as the server, who was super nice, didn't't speak English. But it didn't matter because the whole menu is vegan, so you can eat without worries.Everything was delicious: just the right amount of heat and sweet. I couldn't stop eyeing other people's plates, gotta go back to try the rest.It was easy to find it inside the gallery thanks to other people's pictures.Vegetarian options: The whole menu is vegan.

Bun bo Hue is not authentic. More like Chinese Vietnamese American style. Not recommended.

A Must-Try vegetarian restaurant for vegan lovers!!! Outstanding restaurant even if you're not a vegan! They do take credit cards. My friend and I came here this past weekend due to a friend's recommendation. My friend is a vegetarian, but I am not. I was surprised to find such an authentic vegetarian restaurant in the heart of Eden Center! The waiter was very friendly and took time to explain the menu to us. I ordered the bun Hue chay which was very delicious and on-point for vegetarian standards!!! This was a soup dish with thick noodles, daikon radish, carrots, and very generous portions of vegetarian meat substitutes. It came with a plate of bean sprouts and cabbage. My friend ordered rice with 3 sides of mixed vegetables and unctuous chunks of vegan/tofu. It was spicy but extremely delicious!!! We also shared goi cuon bi with dipping sauce, which was also very good! Overall, great service and amazing Vietnamese vegetarian food. Highly recommend!

I visited Washington DC from Toronto twice.I always stopped by this vegetarian restaurant hidden inside Eden Center to buy food. The food is very good and the price is reasonable compared to Toronto.Anyone visits Eden should check out this place.Vegetarian options: They specialize in vegetarians

Discovered this jewel on my 2nd day here and will eat as often as I can in my remaining week. Tasty vegan Vietnamese dishes at very reasonable prices. Lots of people picked To-Go orders while I was dining. Obviously a favorite to many.
