Traveling from NC and stopped in for lunch. Ordered at the counter and my food was ready within 5 minutes. 1/2 chicken + rice and beans were so flavorful. 10/10.

Extremely Disappointed – Bad Service & Terrible Food
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience left me genuinely frustrated. From the moment we walked in, the service was indifferent and unprofessional. It took far too long for someone to take our order, and the staff seemed uninterested and unbothered.
When the food finally arrived, it was honestly some of the worst I’ve ever tasted. Everything lacked flavor, the dishes were poorly presented, and some items were even cold. It felt like no care went into the preparation whatsoever.
Overall, a complete letdown. Between the inattentive service and the inedible food, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There are far better options out there – skip this one.

Yesterday I bought food from there and ate there with my family next day everyone is sick and some of my kids are vomiting and some of my kids stomach hurts before we went there my kids were doing fine. I hope they better up the cooking and serving

Good food, with good prices and super quick. Only issue was the customer service from one individual lady at the cash register, she just seem annoyed and not very welcoming. However a gentlemen took her place and he was super nice!

This place has achieved a level of success and fame that they have now opted to lower their standards and serve subpar meals to their customers. I suggest people to avoid the place for maybe about half a year or so until the pinch brings back that great quality delicious chicken meals the place gained their fame for in the first place.
