Person made my sandwich with the same gloves she wore to ring up my order on the cash register and licked her gloved finger. Very unhygienic.

Horrible customer service and not polite cashier.
I made an online order for picking up and when I got the store I had to pay $23 more to get a heavier ham because they did not have what I ordered.

This is a great place. The ham and turkey are delicious. I highly recommend you try it for lunch. They have excellent sandwiches.

HB’s primary business is selling hams. The ham we bought was awful. No coating and burnt. Will steer clear of this store.

This place sucks. The front girl was incompetent. I asked for sliders. She asked if I would like cheddar or swiss. She goes- well, I can only push the sliders with swiss, but I can substitute it, but I can't push the button. Okay, do whatever you need to do. She made it all complicated and all she had to do is select the button. Apparently it only comes with swiss.....then DON'T offer cheddar at all, cuz the guy who made it came out and acted like a d saying- we only make these with swiss, thats why it's called swiss sliders. Are you freaking kidding me?! What a pompous and arrogant thing to say to a new customer. Rude AH.They didn't have anything I asked for. No Mac and Cheese sides, no sweet tea, no hot sides at all. Very disappointed. Don't have a menu with items and not make the food for it. She asked the guy in the back if he made it. He said no.Why run a business like this? Super disappointed in the service and lack of options. You lost a customer, corporate, due to this location's lack of everything plus the front girl had an attitude and acted like she didn't even want to be there. The guy who came out was so rude and arrogant. Napoleon complex.Sucks. Will not recommend. Your staff acts like they hate being there. Will never come again.

While all the Honey Baked Ham with quality food, this location stands out more because its service!Long story short, I got off late from work and realized that I still need to get a ham for my office potluck next day. With all the last moment stress plus the crazy NOVA traffic, I thought I would fail my ham mission. Christina’s welcome and caring customer service over the phone and in-person was top of notch! While all the Honey Baked Ham with quality food, this location stands out more because its service!

Long story short, I got off late from work and realized that I still need to get a ham for my office potluck next day. With all the last moment stress plus the crazy NOVA traffic, I thought I would fail my ham mission. Christina’s welcome and caring customer service over the phone and in-person was top of notch! This was the first horrible experience I’ve ever had a HH store. Poor customer service. Our ham is over smoked to the point of looking grey in color. It is not good. Will never go to this store again. Had to purchase another ham at another HH store today.

I pre-ordered online for in-store pickup the day before Thanksgiving at 10:00 am. Parking was available. I had my QR code ready when I walked in. The staff was all polite. Security even opened the doors for customers. I was in and out in less than five minutes. I ordered one smoked turkey breast and one roasted turkey breast. The total came to about $90.00. The smoked turkey breast looks absolutely perfect & delicious! The roasted turkey breast is more like a charbroiled turkey breast. Half the glaze is burnt to a crisp and tastes as such. It will need to be removed prior to serving. Nevertheless, it was a positive experience. However, I do recommend inspecting all of your items prior to leaving the counter. The burnt turkey was placed under the perfect turkey in the bag. So, I didn't notice it until after leaving.

Terrible service, 3 people can pass you by and not even acknowledge you. Just wasted 10 min waiting for nothing.
