Food is good across the board but the service is NOT!..Especially here! I frequent the one close to me in Springfield. I only come to this location when I come monthly for appts. Last month...they didnt have change for a $20 bill so I went to Chipotle. This time I ordered online at 915am for 10-1015am pickup. Get there at 10:02..use restroom...come out at 10:06 and I then ask if my order was ready for pickup. She stated that it wasnt ready at all! I asked how so if I ordered online. She stated that they had catering orders. While speaking with her, the guy in the back was scrolling the screen looking for my order. Between her attitude and his I could care LESS attitude..I asked to cancel. He came out to cancel my order...not at ONE time did either one of them apologize for the mistake or inconvenience AT ALL..instead she stood with her hands on her hips and all he said was he had catering orders. Ok..thats fine and well but you're also a STORE FRONT that actually get customers in person, are we less than important? You offer mobile ordering.. turn it off if you can't accommodate these requests. These options should be available if you cant back up your company's commitments to ALL OF ITS CUSTOMERS...not just those who spend more money due to catering. Chipotle won again:)

I placed an order online for a ham and turkey, not realizing the turkey was frozen — and I needed it that same day. Gabriella was incredibly kind and even checked with her manager to see if I could return it and swap for one of the cooked, sliced turkeys they had packaged. They made it happen, and Gabriella truly saved our Friendsgiving. Thank you!!

I spent $230 on turkey and ham with stuffing and two sides ….all the side were delivered frozen , the ham was 1.2 frozen and the turkey was ice cold ….how am I suppose to have an office party with all frozen food …..Never again

​We recently used Honey Baked Ham to cater a lunch box event for 130 people, and the experience was truly exceptional.

We ordered the ham, turkey, and veggie boxes, which also included chips and a cookie, and the feedback from our entire group was overwhelmingly positive.

​Every item tasted incredibly fresh, and the quality of the famous Honey Baked Ham and turkey was outstanding. It was a crowd-pleaser, providing a satisfying and well-rounded meal perfect for a large group.

​A major highlight was the delivery service. The staff were wonderfully nice and courteous, and crucially, all the food arrived exactly on time. For an event with a tight timeline, this punctuality was a huge relief and a definite plus.

​From the delicious, fresh food to the professional and timely service, Honey Baked Ham made catering simple and successful. We highly recommend them for reliable and tasty catering!

This is really not a restaurant. The store sells Honey baked HAMS. WHOLE HAMS or ham bones that have enough sliced ham on them for a couple or 5.5 more sandwiches, ham and egg breakfast. Then into a pot of dried beans for ham and bean soup. I believe they may even make a sandwich for sale

Love the food, but every time I order online from this location and head in to pick it up, they say they never saw the order and they’ll start it now. Kind of defeats the purpose of ordering ahead… at least the staff are friendly.

Person made my sandwich with the same gloves she wore to ring up my order on the cash register and licked her gloved finger. Very unhygienic.

Horrible customer service and not polite cashier.
I made an online order for picking up and when I got the store I had to pay $23 more to get a heavier ham because they did not have what I ordered.
