The service is terrible, they are bitter they don’t know anything about pleasing the costumers they have a bad attitude, bad faces they don’t smile star with the manager thanks God for the owners the cakes and pastries Quality is excellent!!

My mother has been loyal to this business for nearly 20 years, ordering cakes for nearly 20 years every family event. This weekend, they gave her the wrong cake. The cake she had ordered was more expensive than the cake she received. When she called to let them know and ask for a refund, they rudely told her that she would not be getting a refund and that it was her fault for not returning the cake. She couldn't have returned the cake because she picked it up on Saturday and the bakery was closed until Tuesday. It is absolutely disgusting that they would treat loyal customers this way.
