I got the Com Tam (which is broken rice with grilled pork, sunshine fried egg, shredded pork skin, and chả trứng) last Saturday (Aug 9,2025); the taste is like homemade food. This made me remember back when I ate Com tam in VietNam way back long time ago. I loved the grilled pork, which was tender and the chả trứng (VN steamed Egg meatloaf) is kind of cold, I knew that they had made before, it didn’t not have time to do everything in the morning. For me, it’s ok since the kitchen had to prepare for the food. Overall, I like this Com tam, with a Ok price , around $18 for a dish like this. And I’m happy with that. This brought back the time I was in secondary school and I always picked Cơm Tấm for almost every lunch while I had a break time in school. Thanks.

Com Tan Suon cha trung (combination grill pork) reminds me how my mom used to make it. Other places do offer same dish but those are taste like restaurant quality. The appeal to this dish is the cut of pork used to make or break this dish. I personally recommend add extra piece of pork chop in case the one that initially given is not enough…which justifies why the cut of pork used is important. Some place either give u fried egg or meatloaf…but not both. (Especially true to outside eden center). This place does give u both the meatloaf and fried egg.

Bon bo hue the BEST!! COME ASK FOR the soup and ask for onion cut on the side and add some of their chili sauce ..... Hangover be gone,headache be gone andcold/flu be gone!!! Lol it's good and they are kind and really try to provide the best service they can coming here for a few years now and they never miss.

Bun Bo Hue. Very good. I can’t believe you have this much competition of good viet food in a single location of Eden center. The BBH is a perfect spice level. Not too spicy but enough to let you know is there. The only difference is they don’t give you a whole pork feet but have pieces of pork feet without the bone which I was happy with. Broth was on the slightly sweeter side. It is still very good. Big fan and will visit if I have a chance.

The only Com Tam Thit Nuong I've had that's better than this is my own Mom's cooking. I've been coming here since I was a kid, and now I take my own kids here. You absolutely can't beat the grilled meats with the runny egg on top ? sooooo good!

Cozy Vibes, Great Grub"Thanh Truc in Eden Center is a total hidden gem. The place might be small but it's packed with character and a family-friendly feel. Their Vietnamese Broken Rice? Best in Northern Virginia, hands down. It's like a trip to Vietnam without leaving the neighborhood. Totally love it and can't recommend it enough!
