I love tropical smoothie and this was the most unpleasant experience I have had. My flatbread was cold and the smoothie was wrong. I have never thrown away a smoothie before but it was a mockery of what I usually get.

The cups that they serve drinks are not good to hold liquid.The cup broke and the whole drink spilled in middle of car. I asked employer that we lost drink if we could get another one and she made me pay full price while we just in front of the store. My car was parked right in front of the store. I asked at least if they can do fifty percent off. Nope i paid full price.Not courteous at all.Starbucks always refills drinks if we spill. I mean we r human. But here's the thing the cup broke from the bottom. I really expected some kindness. We were already stressed out on how to clean cup holders inside the car.

Beware! Their smoothies are good- but when it’s time to pay- their system is already set up to include a 15% tip. For someone not paying attention or an older person it’s very easy to tap the card without seeing that the 15% tip included. I need to scroll down to select “no tip”. Pathetic!! Stop tricking people into tipping for fast food!

So I was denied food service when the closed at 9pm and was told by the staff they do not serve food after 845 pm even though I got to this establishment 846 a minute late they refused to serve me highly disappointed do not recommend this location even though they close at 9, I would have understood if they was closed and me getting there 5 minutes before closing but not 14 minutes of closing this is poor customer service I should’ve received my order despite the time I want to order my food I should be told not a problem I thought customer service was a priority at this establishment but apparently not with the staff that is employed there

Tried a new Tropical Smoothie location yesterday on a very hot July afternoon here outside our Nation’s Capital. Greatness — coming healthy even — in a tall cup. So exquisitely pleasant when done right! Made up quick & freshly, exactly as ordered, and presented by a smiling, friendly, young gal at the counter. ?????…And all that’s what should be expected from any franchise food-service company that chooses to set itself apart by the importance of good customer appreciation!?? Thank y’all kindly!{Made in the USA ?? and proud of it! ??}

The service is quick, and staff are friendly. The food is so so good, I always order the Chipotle chicken club and whenever I order they prepare it on time and, is hot when I pick it up. Miss Vickies BBQ chips are so good. can't believe they have it there, not even Target has those chips. them chips are full of flavor you won't find one without any seasoning on it, if you do comment cause I've never seen one. Also they are affordable. I could get my sandwich and chips for $7 good deal! Subway got a whole 6inch sandwich with chips for $9 or so. No thank you to subway.

I would give this location zero stars if I could. My family ordered four smoothies, three of which were 99.9% ice. Unfortunately we didn't try them until we were home.Long story short, the owner would not remake the failed smoothies. He remade one of them. You will get far more flavor from a slurpee. AVOID THIS LOCATION.
Fair prices, fresh food, friendly service. Great if you want a quick bite before shopping hungry at at the Safeway nearby or for takeout.

Customer service at this location is the WORST. I waited 18 minutes for a smoothie and had to wait an additional 10 minutes for a wrap. The cashier was rude with everyone and service is slow. This used to be a good location as I drive from afar just to come here but I do not recommend this business. To top off the horrible experience the smoothie was watered down and the wrap tasted awful.

The worst experience I have ever had at any Tropical Smoothie. I ordered a smoothie and the Hummus Veggie in a bowl without pepper jack cheese. For health reasons I can't have the wrap not that that should be an issue. I get the order and it's not in a bowl. So I let the young lady know, it should be in a bowl and not a wrap. She tells the other young lady who made it with snickering and laughing. Both of them. I came in because there was only 2 people waiting fir their food when I walked in. I had a tight schedule to be on a call. So I just asked for a refund because obviously my wrong order was amusing to them as they wasted my time. Then she was to ask a third lady who began speaking in her native tongue. NEWSFLASH!!!! I understood it. So that was unprofessional and disrespectful moment #2. With all of that you would have thought they were smart....nope. They had to call someone to do the refund because they didn't even know how to do that! Oh and that person had to look via video because they didn't know it by heart. I love Tropical Smoothie but won't ever go there. Total waste of my time. They took so long another customer walked out.

Got a mocha madness and a chicken pesto flatbread. Super bland smoothie just tasted like water and ice and the chicken pesto barely had any pesto on it. Don’t go here if you’re in the mood for tropical smoothie. The people who work there deserve better.

I love tropical smoothie but this location is the worest It’s my second time coming to this location and they are worest. I ordered super green wrap and smoothie. The wrap is horrible two chicken only inside the wrap n it’s very disgusting how they make it and the smoothie is full of ice and water. I am very disappointed. I will never ever go to this location because it’s making me to hate all tropical smoothie.
