my experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe was nothing short of delightful. By far the worst Tropical Smoothie in Northern VA. I've been getting TS for the past 10 years at different locations. I've never seen them load the blender up with so much ice. The smoothie barely tasted of any fruit. You could definitely tell it's watered down. I've watched other locations make my smoothie & they never put that much ice. So... if you wanna pay 8-9$ for lightly flavored water... this is your place.

Greater as soon as I walked in the service I received from Fazal was very professional, he was knowledgeable of the food options and provided great recommendations plus shared they can customize orders. I ordered a Sunrise Sunset and Baja Chicken wrap. Arjun made my smoothie to perfection and it was quick. Highly recommend this place the wrap is delicious! Most importantly clean.

I can tell the ladies in there need another employee to help out with the demand. The restaurant was the most packed that I've ever seen any tropical smoothie and I go to various locations of tropical smoothie at least once per week.
