This place has one of the best Bun Bo Hue I've ever had! They also have a great selection of other Hue dishes. Bun Bo Hue and Bánh Khoái are my go-to order. I always leave the restaurant full and satisfied.

how do you know this place slaps and has unique cuisine? 1.) line out the door before they open; 2.) many folks don't even look at a menu, they are coming back for more or know they can do cuisine from

We have 3 people but we only got the banana flower with the size for one person. The broth is 4 out of 5. The pork is 3 out of 5, chewy. The portion is small. I got 2 fish cakes, 1 is okay and another piece is too sweet, 3 out of 5. I'm not coming back.

Tried the BBH here. They did not skimp out on the beef. Would totally come back here. It’s a little bit tucked in but I think that’s what makes this place better

Vietnamese restaurant inside "mall" within Eden Center featuring less known culinary delights of central region of Vietnam. The bun bo Hue broth is authentic and flavorful with perfectly cooked noodles and proper cuts of meat. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t say i can give a review or not because i was not served.Sat down for 10mins and not a single person approached or even greeted us. I didn’t drive an hour to be neglected by unprofessional and inconsiderate servers. Im used to rude service in eden but at least they never neglected customers.

The food is absolutely delicious and authentic! Highly recommend this place. Some recommendations for improvement I have for the owner: 1/Update the menu by adding symbols on spicy food/levels, 2/Have a sign 'wait here to be seated' so new customers understand they are not being ignored, 3/Have a sign at the staff table saying 'pay here' to clarify that customer need to go up there and ask to pay.

The food out paces the hidden jem in the Eden Center shopping center. This is not a normal Vietnamese restaurant and has the taste of a home cooked meal. One you do get to order the food is delivered very quickly. The people are very nice. They are willing to help you pick and make suggestions on what to eat. I will definitely come back the next time I'm in NOVA. Came all the way from Richmond for a lunch trip and well worth the time. Highly recommend the vermicelli with meat. Forward one sauce with. Hilles is hot but it makes the dish.

To be honest, it was chaotic when we first seated, mainly due to language barrier. So we literally didn't know what we ordered except for Bun Bo Hue, which we were more familiar with. We were seated next door since they said they had the same owner. The next door restaurant was more spacious and specialized in chicken dishes. We tried their chicken and bamboo shoot noodle soup which was really excellent. Okay so to be fair, all the food was delicious! Best Bun Bo Hue I had thus far. Very generous, great quality cuts/parts of meat, & clean broth. I don't know what the other dishes are called but there were dried shrimp and pork inside tapioca flour wrapped in leaves. The flat one was softer and the small pouch kind was super chewy. They're both pretty good. Definitely need to try other dishes next time.
