Food is super flavorful, their house chimichurri sauce is delicious, slightly smokey and perfect with all the food we ordered. Wait staff was very nice and checked on us often. We got the chicken fajitas and the meat and seafood platter with 2 shrimp skewers and 2 lobster tails. Definitely would come here again ❤️

My family of nine went to Victor’s Grill to celebrate my brother’s birthday, and it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had.

First red flag: no Coca-Cola. How does a restaurant not have the most basic drink? Then I tried ordering the ribeye—at a steakhouse—and was told they didn’t have it. No sign, no notice, nothing. We should have walked out right there.

I ordered two steak salteñas, and what came out was a joke. They were tiny, filled only with bland ground beef, and had a terrible taste. The cheese rice was watered down, the parrillada was flavorless, and my son’s rice was so bad he didn’t even touch it. For a place that supposedly specializes in grilled meats and sides, everything was poorly made and disappointing.

The service was just as bad, maybe worse. We specifically told the waiter it was my brother’s birthday—they completely ignored it. When I asked for a glass of water, it never came. I went to the bar myself twice, and both times I was told to “wait for the waiter.” After ten minutes of choking on dry yucca, I finally demanded it, and only then did someone bring water. No one should ever have to beg for something so basic.

To top it off, when I was packing my wife’s leftovers, the waiter snatched my plate away before I could finish. At the end, I had to track them down just to get a simple paper receipt.

And to make things even worse, when I tried contacting the restaurant afterward to share this feedback, their email turned out to be invalid. So not only was the food and service terrible, but the business can’t even be reached properly.

This place is disorganized, careless, and the food is not worth the money. They ruined what was supposed to be a special celebration. We will never be back, and I strongly recommend avoiding Victor’s Grill.

Greeting to everyone. Do not go to this place
The service is awful. It’s awful. Every time that I used to come in they used to ask me politely how can we help you sir. Now is a bunch of coworkers who just look around and make you wait for half on hour or two. The waiters are nasty when they approach to you. I have been going to in this restaurant for years. Unfortunately everything changed. I’m very disappointed. DO NOT GO AND WAIST YOUR MONEY.

This was our first time coming. Lots of fun. We only speak English. Was an issue. The waitress didn't speak much English so it was interesting. Still we had fun. I ate for the first time beef intestines. Lol interesting it was okay. Once you ate it not sure if I need to eat it again. I love sweetbread. You do not get much of it. It is good food.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Victor’s Grill Churrasqueria was truly disappointing and frankly, unacceptable. My party consisted of 8 adults and 2 toddlers who do not eat parrillas, so I was planning to bring their food. I understand that restaurants have policies, but the way it was handled was dismissive and rude from the very start.

When I approached the staff at the door to clarify the situation and ask about bringing in outside food, the response was unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of providing any assistance or explanation, the server rudely pointed at a sign about their policies and walked away as if I was bothering them. It felt dismissive and unnecessary, especially considering we were prepared to spend over $200.

After this cold reception, another staff member had to come out and ask us to come in, but the initial attitude left a bad taste that no amount of food could fix. Customer service should be about hospitality and respect, not dismissiveness and rudeness.

Given the quality of the food is often praised, it’s truly disappointing that their staff’s attitude overshadowed the dining experience. I hope they reconsider how they treat potential customers — because no amount of good food should justify such poor service.

My family and I went to this restaurant for the first time we were having high expectations for this place, unfortunately we didn’t get the experience that we wanted, when we arrived they gave us a table quickly but then the waiter an old lady went to us and immediately said do you know what are you going to order and also was asking what are you going to drink she didn’t gave us the time to look at the menu. After that she came to us with her phone showing us something that she wanted us to order it, but when we told her that we were not interested in she got mad at us then she came back she took our order and left after that another waiter came to us we were asked to move our table something that is so disrespectful I’ve never experience something like that the waiter did not wait for us to stand up and he just pulled up the table he dropped one of the drinks for me and my family this was a bad experience.
