Our Ultimate Frisbee team was in town for a tournament. We always plan a Pasta party for our tournaments for the team and parents when we're on the road (45 people). I called and John, the owner, answered. I told John our needs and that we would need delivery. He was very accomodating, attentative and helpful. He planned a great menu, there was more than enough food and everything was delivered to our hotel right on time. John even helped us set up! I highly recommend catering from here! My first experience was buying 5 pizzas for a birthday party in the same plaza. I reluctantly went with this place because of its location and because I noticed that the positive reviews praised the pizza, while negatives were service related. I called in my order, received a discount because of the party location. Pizza was made on time, I was acknowledged with in a minute or two because there may have been only 1 or 2 employees working, was out in 15 seconds, and most importantly the pizza was better than most others in their category and they did double cut slices per instructions. My experience was 4.5+ stars.I noticed that some of these over the top negative reviews are from those who rarely give more than a 1 star so keep that in mind (yes I was bored and curious after my experience so I looked through a few recent reviewers)... This place seems to get either gets a 5 or a 1

I have never ate here nor will ever due to the customer service I called placed order, the phone disconnected, I call back the guy was rude said you keep calling but he didn't confirm my order or anything or ended the call like a normal person off of customer service alone..horrible..why shud I give my money to a business that act like they are not in a business to provide a service like they doing the customer a favor..rude for no reason. I never came to pick.up my order because because of lack of common customer service...rude for no reason...if u don't Want the business or value the customers sell it...retire...there are more and better pizza places than here

If I could leave a zero star review for customer service I would. I called in today to order a pizza. From the jump, the person who answered the phone was very rude and answering sarcastically. I was so dumbfounded by how he was speaking that I had to pause. I never talked back and ordered the pizza. He was busy so I understand being frustrated but that's no reason to be rude to a customer who was being polite. Anyway I ended up calling back to change my order time and and when he heard my voice he said "Listen you need to make this quick because I have 30 orders." Very snarky, very rude. I can't translate the rudeness through words alone. I don't need ppl to talk to me like an angel but at least talk to customers like you don't hate them? The pizza isn't even THAT good to act like this.

Was a loyal customer up until today. I had ordered a pizza through Grubhub but the delivery was being done by Vocellis. The order was taking way longer than estimated, so I called to get an ETA on the driver (as instructed by GH). The worker immediately cuts me off and says “Call Grubhub.” and hung up on me. I called back and explained the situation and how i did not appreciate his disrespect. He then gets defensive and starts shouting about how GrubHub are liars and did not show any sign of accountability or empathy. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Truly upset and will never bring my business here again. They should be shut down since they clearly do not care about their customers. This whole situation could have been avoided if the worker had common sense and common courtesy. Do better.

The old guy who works here is super rude. I opened google to see the reviews, and sure enough, many others have had the exact same experience with him. He must be the owner because I can’t imagine how else he’s kept his job.
