This location used to be cool, but I haven’t seen one of friendly staff member (guessing he quit) and this place has been going downhill since, they been getting my order wrong, had attitude problem went I mentioned it, and the food doesn’t even taste that good anymore, I won’t be returning.

How is this Wendy’s still in business? Their spicy chicken sandwich was dry, chewy and had obviously been sitting out for awhile. I went through the drive thru at peak lunch time, and I was the only customer there. I asked for ranch, and I’m glad I checked the bag they gave me, since there was none. I had to wait several minutes at the window for the employee to return so I could ask for the ranch. I will never come back to this Wendy’s again.

I traveled from Canada with my family. Service was as good as I get from Canada.
Restaurant was super clean and service was very quick. I ordered fish sandwich, salad and cheese fries. I was happy having lunch with my family.👍👍👍.

Person at drive thru talking to other colleagues while I was giving my order. Forced to drink a medium drink instead of small. Never said a word while taking my payment. She was talking with someone else the whole time.

In my opinion, this is the best Wendy’s location in the U.S. I’ve been a regular here for over a year, stopping by 3-4 mornings a week for breakfast, and they’ve never messed up my order.

What really stands out is the staff. They’re always friendly, even during the morning rush, and they greet me with genuine smiles every time. That kind of positivity makes a big difference and is the main reason I keep coming back. The food is reliably good, but it’s the people here that make this Wendy’s special.

I went to this restaurant to get the chili,So,so,so disappointing it was awful it tasted like watered down meat and beans. Nothing like the food I am use to that Wendy's reputation was made of. If I had not went home I would have gotten my money back.
Do people taste what they serve anymore?

fast food,, felt like having a burger my way , single burger combo as i start to enjoy my burger its a double burger and cold and it looks like it was a previous order that guess what , was given to me as my order fries were cold no salt , didnt specify no salt but hey i did verify my order as a single burger combo and was given whatever they decided was good for me .tsk tsk

When the order is placed for pickup, the food isn't placed on the delivery and pickup shelf so everytime you order online you have to tell them the name on the order. Terrible service and the manager doesn't even listen to the customer. Wouldn't recommend coming here.

Generally I go shopping there from time to time and everything is fine, I particularly like their food, but today was the exception.
I made my purchase online (I have done it a few times like this) but this time I put self-service because I was in a hurry and I hadn't had any breakfast and I went to buy (I made the purchase at 950am) I arrived at 10 and forgot to go through the diver thru and went directly to the window so I told him that I was coming for the order that I had placed and asked for then the person at the window scolded me and told me that first I had to go through the driver thru and then there to leave to park and I said yes then I proceeded to go where he told me and I was waiting for a little more than 20 minutes for my food and they just didn't come out then it was 1023 and I had already lost my lunch time and I didn't eat anything so I had I had to go back to work and I couldn't eat anything until I went to a seven eleven, I didn't eat for a whole day because of this establishment "Wendys"
I don't know if they treated me because I was Hispanic.
Well that's all, I say goodbye, have a nice night (720pm)
