Need to pay attention to the front counter. Too much reliance on the kiosks, people have to wait for somebody to take their order, especially if they have questions. Too often, it seems like the employees are more focused on the drive-thru.

1.7.25 The service was EXTREMELY slow but when I got to the window I found out why. It was just one lady doing everything. She made everything really well, was very polite, and under the circumstances couldn't ask for better service.
