“I ordered my go-to vegetarian chimichanga today for delivery and it was missing the queso (which is basically the best part of all the toppings!) My fiancé and I went down to the restaurant in person to obtain some queso, and not only were the staff extremely kind and apologetic as they got it for me, the manager gave me a partial refund for having to drive down for it! I was not expecting that at all, and it was unnecessary but very appreciated. I was already a loyal customer and big fan of La Parota, but now you better believe this is *the* Mexican restaurant I will be recommending to all my friends and family for their excellent customer service! “This is one of FarmVille’s hidden gems! We love Walkers! Such a quaint little spot to grab breakfast or lunch. Its old fashioned design is perfect for downtown complete with inside counter and outdoor seating. The service is friendly and the food is good! “I think anyone else that had arrived when I did and experienced what I had would more than likely have given a lower review. However, I found the evening quite fun and amusing. Stopped in here from a bike ride that's right on the trail for their beer and food. Unfortunately no food trucks were available and the manager informed me or I should say warned me that they had just gotten in a pizza oven the day before and he had not used it. I decided to go ahead and order the pizza anyway which was also the managers first time ever making pizza and using the oven. I have to say he gave it his best although the pizza look like it had seen better days, it was delicious. I will not post pictures here for fear of people may turn their nose up at it but I have to say he had all the correct amount of toppings and it was quite good. Also really enjoyed his fun attitude and the pleasant attitude of the bartender as well. Had a great time and would definitely recommend and visit this place again if I'm in the area.”

“It’s been a rough week with the passing of my grandmother. I apologize for the bad review I left previously. Life’s too short for such things. Wish I could figure out how to erase it. The owner reached out to me and things could have been resolved smoothly a lot sooner if we had been allowed to speak to her originally. Regardless, hope this doesn’t hinder us from being allowed to have future great dining experiences at Pino’s.”

“As someone who works here I like the food. But I can say that the atmosphere is very bland and the service we do can be better.

Note: there are some reviews that are literally not for this place. Someone decided to give us a three star and say we serve black pepper chicken and I hate it because at least once per a day someone calls and ask for black pepper chicken when we don’t have it. Some idiot said that this place is a sad nail salon which it isn’t because that is our neighbor.”

“It has been nearly a decade since I have worked at Charley’s. The atmosphere, staff, and owners had an impact on life that I did not expect in my early 20s. The days where my husband and I dine here have, unfortunately, become less and less these days. There are fewer familiar faces as time passes, but date night always brings us back here. For our 8 year anniversary, we went to Charley’s for date night. We always look around to see if someone we know is working, but we didn’t recognize anyone. We asked to seated on the patio because it was so gorgeous that evening. As we sat, we were met with a bright and smiling face. She introduced herself and recommended our favorite, the hot crab dip. She told us about date night and the drink specials to go with them. She recommended other items and really talked up other drinks and items on the menu. As someone who worked in the service industry and a husband who is in sales, we respected everything she was doing. All with a smile on her face and the best personality. Riley/Ryleigh (forgive me I am not sure how she spells it) was amazing. And we will be going back sooner because of her.”

“I was reading the reviews. And saw one that bothered me. The reviews was from a man named Thomas. He was not giving a very good review. I eat there regularly and find it to be quite a nice place to eat and talk to the staff and people who eat there. The food is good and service is very good too. They all work hard to bring you your food. I will still go back and what I do not like what this man said. He’s wrong with his assessment. The grille is a good restaurant and has a good staff”

“I absolutely LOVED my experience here. The food was so delicious, coffee was so good!! Everything is locally sourced and you can tell in the best way possible! The coffee syrup is all natural and wasn’t overly sweet like the torani syrup that most coffee shops use. I love the calm atmosphere and authenticity. I live in Indiana but would love to come back when I’m in the area again!”

“We went FarmVille last week & were delayed a bit, so we decided to get carry out meals. Everything we ordered from the egg rolls, sticky rice, shrimp lo mein, pork fried rice, shrimp & broccoli, shrimp chow mein… all was delicious. What a gem we found! We like spicy and requested our food that way and we were not disappointed. I also tried the hot & sour soup which was good as well … I forgot to ask for hot spicy soup so that was on me. Definitely will drive the 40 miles each way another time! Will probably just load up the freezer!”

“Small place with a decent selection of food. They considerate on the main dishes. The only thing I didn't care for was the bacon shrimp. The bacon could have been cooked a bit more for my taste. Other people like it just the way it was so really it's hard to say bad about it. Everything else was perfectly cooked.”

“They had plenty of everything there. We bought Snowballs, Pecan Swirls, Honey Wheat bread, New York Rye bread and Pecan Divinity candy. You really save a lot of money there, and on Wednesdays, senior citizens get a discount. Great place to shop for bread, rolls, cakes and many other items. We are happy shoppers.”
