Sometimes everything here is hot and fresh and on point. Other times fries are cold bo bites are over cooked hard. That's the same at just about every fast food location but some try harder to correct mistakes and make the customers feel valued . The lobby is big with plenty of seating. The parking lot is big and easy to access from the road. Not sure of the lady manager that runs the shift caertain days/nights but she has glasses when she is there she is on point if there's a problem or issue she fixes it right then and there and makes the customer feel valued while remaining completely professional.

We came thru the drive thru and ordered two kids meals, one with a coffee as the drink and an extra cup of water. We were charged extra for the coffee. We told the girl at the window but she wouldn't correct the mistake.

We paid for our food was not given a receipt and told thwy we're waiting on the Mac & Cheese and to pull forward. 30 minutes later still no food My husband went in and they argued with him but finally got the food. Pitiful

Order the bojangle suprem or whatever itâs called itâs supposed to be a drink tenders and a fry and brisket I never got my fry and I had to order a drink separately. Service sucked lady at window was rude

Worst place of business in FarmVille, theyâre rude and always mess up your orders. They rung me up for $18 for 2 meals gave me one meal at the window and told me they couldnât give me the other meal. Never going here again, donât waste your time. Theyâre rude as hell!! Donât even deserve one star

They had 3 roaches crawling all over the biscuits in the front! Hate to see what's in the back. The woman literally grabbed the food that the roaches were on. Sad to see such a good place go down hill.

Used to go here to get good chicken supremes I like to get 8 of them instead of whatever the #4 menu item has. They have switched over to AI to take your vocal order. Everytime I go I have to sit and wait for it to tell an employee to come take my order and it lengthens the time and makes it a total pain... I will no longer eat at this restaurant if it continues using AI to take my order over the box.
