Well with the exception of the last three times I’ve been there to this restaurant because I love BK . It’s been bad service twice and then this roach on the third .
Dining area is clean. Seems to be understaffed. Manager cleaning dining area and customers standing for longer than normal periods to be waited on for their orders. Food took a littleonger than expected to be made and served. Staff needs to be more upbeat instead of like they would rather be somewhere else. sandwiches were made on the sloppy side.
