A little disappointed at the service at this store. The associate obviously didn't want to be here and wasn't the expected friendly chick-fil-a associate. Was not offered dine in (maybe they don't do that at this store?). Ordered a shake w no cherry, but she also omitted the whipped cream, left off the cherry and whipped cream on the second shake. Our fries were laid on top of a bowl with then fell upside down in the bag as we brought the bag to the table.

I'm not sure how this location got 4 stars because it is the worst CFA I've ever been to! Dirty, slow, trash falling out of cans, all tables dirty. I saw a huge cockroach crawling on the flr to a 4 top & they freaked out! Someone killed it & left it on the floor.Kitchen is filthy & my food was prob contaminated. Disgusting.

Worst Chick -fil-a ever!!! Service was terrible, employee's bopping around everywhere and loud, and the sandwich was so sloppy and messy! I will never be back at that location!!
This is by far the worst chickfila, I’ve ever been to. It would be different if it happened once, but this is the service I experience every encounter I have had at this location. The food is fine, it’s the service. When I’m waiting more then 30 minutes for food, because the two girls working the front counter are gossiping, and watching one or the other half way do their job, and no one is bagging food that’s a problem. I watched the manager have to give 2-3 refunds while waiting due to the length of time each customer waited on their food, and the poor service.

The employees are so loud that the cashier can’t hear the customers placing their orders. I had to repeat my order 3 times. There is a group of 5 girls(wearing chick fill a shirts) standing to the left of the cashier carrying on about last nights drama. Just rude and there are 2 employees trying to work.
