Great shakes and solid food. Cook Out didn't impress me years ago at another location where it seemed overpriced and underwhelming but this location today was good value and good flavors. Wide range of sides including Dorito walking tacos and chicken wraps are a nice change to other fast food options. The option of a shake instead of a fountain drink was a nice surprise. BBQ had flavor (without hot sauce) and the food was made to order.

This is my go-to spot for getting a quick meal. The food is usually great, but I've noticed a decrease in quality when it comes to the milkshakes. I like to get double chocolate along with other stuff, but recently whenever I do, I can never taste the chocolate; it just tastes like cold.

Food took too long at the drive-through over 10 mins for a 2 person order. Food was cold and poorly prepared. Poor woman at the window said they were terribly overworked and under staffed. Management needs to let go of a dollar, pay a decent wage and get them the help they need.
