Since management change worst place in Farmville especially at breakfast no sense of urgency. Cars constantly pulled for items that should be ready on the 2/$5 breakfast menu. 20 to 25 minutes waiting time

Recently visited your restaurant in Farmville. It was 11:30 and order by drive thru. I got a chicken sandwich combo and the chicken was burnt and black! Was in a hurry and didn’t have time to go back! Surely your cook knew this was unsatisfactory for anyone to eat!!

This store rarely has the items posted for sale. Like the blueberry biscuits and mayonnaise. I ordered an ultimate omelet today and it was horrible. The entire sandwich was completely dry as ouf it had been sitting there for a while.

This is the worst Hardee's...I've been to...not busy..but still fix the sandwiches wrong...no one in drive thru...no one inside the restaurant..and this is not the first time..bring back the old school fast food workers...cell phones could be a problem.

Love that they make fresh tenders, they are always worth the wait. Love the bold bbq sauce, better than the high fructose corn syrup bby rays, great customer service too.

I came in to the restaurant and I was standing at the counter waiting and the cashiers were standing with their backs to the counter just gossiping and ignoring the fact that there was a customer waiting to order I waited several minutes but they didn't even see me cause they were too busy talking I finally just gave up and left. I had to go to another fast food restaurant. Definitely not going to spend my time or money at this restaurant!
Stopped in for breakfast, Nasty place bacon was rubber the poor hash browns tasted like a chemical. Stood for 10 min before the cashier said can I help.

I don't like saying this but I have work in a fast food place and we never told our customers they had to wait because they had 2 orders on the board they had to get out first I have never been told that before and the food was so so the coffee doesn't taste good but I guess they were having a bad day so this is why a lot of places close down because if you can only handle 2 people at a time then you aren't doing something right

Learned the hard way how horrible this location is today. Ordered online and will definitely never return. My order was a joke. I paid for a medium hash round, I received half of a small order. My biscuit and gravy included one burnt biscuit and about a quarter of a container of gravy. Didn't receive any of the condiments I specifically ordered or anything to eat with. Total waste of money and horrible experience all the way around.
