Usually very fast on service. Today not so good. Telling customers 15 to 20 minute wait time. There were 4 people working. Refills in drinks were non-existent. Sat and waited for orders for over an hour. Maybe 2 works were in training but the waitress we had seemed absent minded. When we got our food the order wasn't correct but after waiting so long to get it we were afraid to send it back and start the wait all over again. Usually very responsive and quick to get meals completed. Will try again at a later date, but if there is no change this rating will stand. If it is better... rating will be adjusted.

We typically know what to expect when we come here but today was probably the last time we will ever go back. We sat and waited for 20 minutes for our table to be cleaned off, server said she'd be with us in a minute and then proceeded to take a take-out order that had come in 10 minutes after us. There were only 2 tables open and both were dirty and I understand being busy but most tables had food and there were at least 7 staff in there. We walked out after we cleaned our own table off hoping that would get us some service.

I walk in to your restaurant and was informed by the staff at 4:30 PM that they were only making to go orders. No, customers inside no food. On the grill.Much attitude from your staff. Fire them all and start over.

My husband and I were really looking forward to having a nice sit down meal together last night. From the moment we walked in, we were informed that they were only doing carry out orders since they were closing in an hour. We decided to forgo our original order and just got a strawberry French toast and an order of mashed potatoes with gravy. Something that we could eat quickly in our car before working on our storage unit. Those 2 things came out to almost $15. I'm not sure how their pricing works but it seemed a little high for just 2 things with nothing extra. Once we got to our storage, we opened the food. The mashed potatoes had no gravy whatsoever and it didn't look very appetizing. The French toast would have been ok if it wasn't for the fact that a few bites tasted like onions. This place definitely left a lot to be desired and we most likely won't be going back anytime soon. Not only that, fast forward to this morning, my husband is extremely sick. He hasn't stopped vomiting. Their food was the only thing we ate last night and he doesn't eat out often so he's very sensitive to street food. With the French toast tasting like onions and the mashed potatoes looking like someone had been playing in it, there's no doubt in my mind that some kind of cross contamination happened. I tried calling to speak to a manager but their number doesn't work. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SICK!!!!Parking: Small parking lot but establishment isn't very busy so your can always find parkingWheelchair accessibility: There are handicap parking spots right across from the door and there's no step to the double doors.

My waiter was the best(Dee). That's where it all stops! Do get me wrong I love the huddle house but the cooks in this one are not good at all the food tastes nothing like the two huddle houses I previously visited. This place so needed new cooks

I had a great meal at huddle house today. My waitress Bee was right on with our every need. We will be going back again soon.Dietary restrictions: I’m diabetic and ask for sugar free syrup and decaf coffee. Very pleased
I keep trying this place hoping it will be better, but that never happensThey had a broken entrance door handle held on with a zip tie. Seriously??;;Most of the times the waitresses are too busy on their cell phones. Forget about them ever coming back to your table and ask if you need anything.Last time there I asked for catsup. They bring me an empty bottle. I ask again and I get a couple packets of catsup from long John silver next door
