Came around 12 noon Pulled up to drive thru sat for 10 minutes no one greeted nor ask to hold on. Called to see if anyone was there. They finally responded then another 4 minute wait. Manager came on and was rude and then threatened not to serve us. Went through hell for two pot pies

I just watched an employee walk out to a customers car to see if she had lied about not getting all her food.After the customer had waited approximately 30 min in the drive thru.Very rude and unprofessional.

Second time I been to this location first time even though I ordered ahead through the app it took 20 minutes to get food.Second time my chicken was tough both times the new potatoes and gravy barely had any gravy so I didn't even eat half of it, whatever they changed they need to go back to the original way.

This KFC SUCKS no one at the drive thru and they don't even tell you the drive thru is closed when you go inside and place your order after they get your money they announce 20 minutes before they have the next batch of chicken ready They never have chicken liver but the sign outside says they sell them I'm done with Farmville KFC. They Need New Management.

Terrible service &rude employees ! They make everybody pull up and park to get their food. It seems like they don’t have any food ready in the whole store . I went through the drive-through had to park along with 10 other cars and wait another 15 minutes for them to bring me the wrong food and give me an attitude I highly don’t recommend and will never go back
Ordered 8 piece meal with extra gizzard meal. Got all gizzards in bucket and box. Biscuits were not cooked. Doughy and gross. Very unlike KFC. Returned and got the order corrected.

Sandwich was dry and hard and fries cold Today 5/25 was not good. $10 wasted. Biscuit not done . The staff is friendly but the food has gone down tremendously. Chicken tenders hard and salty. I give up !
