Mediocre food and terrible service.We placed an order through the app, pulled into the drive thru right when the app said it was ready. They were not using the speaker to take orders, so we pulled up to the window. Waited in line for 15+ minutes then was told to pull around and they would bring it out. After another 15+ minutes, I went in to check on it only to find out that it seems they gave my order to someone else but ensured they would have my order ready in 4 minutes! Another 15 minutes went by before it was finally ready. The food isn't good enough to have to deal with this type of service either. I would not leave a review had this been the only experience like this but it seems that this happens more often than not.

Very disappointed in the pizza this time. Ordered a cheese pizza, a Pepperoni pizza and an order of Twix Brownies and M&M Brownies. The person waiting on me was very nice and polite, but the food was not what it should have been. The cheese pizza tasted like cardboard. It was not good at all. The Pepperoni was better but the ratio of cheese and sauce were way off, way too much sauce. At least it didn't taste like cardboard. The Brownies were tasty but warning, they are 4 small pieces. It's more of a dessert bar instead of a brownie, to me. The Brownies were the best part. I'm not sure what the issue was with the quality of the pizza, we've ordered from here before and it was good.

Very unhappy this is not the first time we have ordered and got the wrong food we place the order over the phone for pickup we ordered 2 pep and Xtra cheese stuffed crust pizza and a regular cheese pizza when we went to pick up we picked up 3 cheese pizzas and the lady we spoke with said well guess whoever took your order over the phone wasn't paying attention nah really I'm about done with this place

We placed our order and pulled around. They gave us a beeper and told us to park until it went off and then pull to the window. We waited over 40 minutes before pulling back up to find out what was going on. He told us at the order screen our food was ready and to pull around. When we got there he had the wrong food ready and told us we would have to wait longer. When we questioned him as to how much longer since we had already waited almost an hour he got a nasty attitude and snapped at us about how he wasn't going yo take any attitude from us and there were only 2 people working and they were doing the best they could. Mind you, we didn't get an attitude we simply asked how much longer. We asked for the manager and he was apologetic and offered us 1 free pizza the next day to make up for it. It was another 15 minutes before we got our food. When we returned the next day for our pizza we made the order and explained the situation. We were fucen the beeper again. After 35 minutes we called to find out where our food was only to find out it had been sitting in the box waiting for pick up because the cook was not told it was for a drive thru order so it was waiting for a call in pick up. Not overly impressed.

Extremely rude and unprofessional workers there like Tia and the other lady who takes the order. Both are incredibly unprofessional and laughs nonstop for no reason and wouldn’t show the respect to give you the order. She keeps laughing and I asked for her to give me my order at least then laugh! She was laughing nonstop and wouldn’t give me my order that I paid!!!!! Never visiting this unprofessional place! They need to hire respectful people, disrespectful people! Their employee sucks and very disrespectful and laughs at people for no reason smh!!!!!!! Discrimination!!!

When I came through last time I came through with my best friend and we ordered a total of six pizzas so they had to make everything fresh, they did take a bit longer than anticipated and what they originally gave me for a wait time, but that's okay because I made sure to drive back through the line and somebody did always update me when I did and the food was already at the same time when it was, and everything was hot, delicious and fresh and ready to go
