I've been frequenting the Farmville Macado's for many many years now. I've had a lot of conversations, shared a lot of laughs & a lot of meals with good people at this restaurant. And while I don't drink anymore I miss the old bar. There was definitely something special about that old hardwood. I remember sitting there many nights with my brother, friends visiting town & other regulars watching sports & eating burgers or wings after a long day....
They had one server in their second room and seemed to be a lot for her to handle...it was clear a few others were trying to help out, but were not 100% sure how to help out effectively.
Found Macado's while in Farmville to help my son move. Food was good, very understaffed in the area we were in. Felt bad they only had 1 waitress available for that area. She was great though, rushing around, checking on orders, and customers that were in that part of the restaurant. Was very cold in the restaurant though it was a warm day.
I think if they were fully staffed it would have been a bit bteer, but I will head back when in the area.
