Dirty bathroom . No hand towels to wipe hands after washing . Just a dirty bathroom . If the bathroom is nasty the kitchen is probably nasty . The entire place doesn't look clean . Hire some extra employees to clean this place .

If I could leave no stars I would. literally the worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant and I didn't even get to eat. Was immediately greeted with awful attitudes. Had to wait almost 20 minutes for chicken. When I went back through the line to finally get chicken, more awful attitudes and they were out of half the ingredients. What I could eat (since I have allergies) wasn't available. I shouldn't have to listen to workers audibly talk crap about me while I'm 5 feet away. All the tables are dirty. Just miserable.

Longwood U operates this location. This Simester they have decided to switch from coke to Pepsi products and not serve ice tea this day. At this location they also have reduced the selection. Food good, selection was not as good as it was and drinks sucked. PepsiCo should not exist if you ask me.

Went to Moes today, I’ve been awaiting their reopening after being closed for the summer. I was charged $15.37 for a bowl only! They charged me $2.99 for a spoonful of Queso. I didn’t get a drink, just a bowl…Again…$15.37! They didn’t have any pepper, which to me is a necessity. The bathroom was also blocked off so I couldn’t even wash my hands. Very disappointed. For the price, I won’t be returning.

This is definitely a college town hot-spot. Apparently, a large crowd of college kids had just came through and left the place a mess. Not that it's the employees fault, but something to consider when looking for dinner. The food is ok when you're in a pinch, but I don't think it's as good as Chipotle or Qdoba.

Old woman with dyed hair making food gave me chicken when I ordered steak, then picked half of the chicken off with her hands and put steak on top. Place is dirty too. If you’re in that area just walk to Chick-fil-A. Couldn’t be more frustrated with the employees. Stop talking and make the food.

Service was terrible. They were out of lettuce and steak. The lady had to replace the queso and she spilled it all over the counter, and repeatedly cursed out loud. They had also run out of salsa and didn’t bother to replace it. The tables were so dirty I couldn’t even sit in the restaurant. The cleanliness level was horrible and disgusting, I don’t recommend this place.
The staff gave it the four stars, especially the supervisor on staff! This location is an "express" location actually owned by the university so does not qualify for several things (like gift certificates, birthday coupons) but the supervisor went above and beyond to make it up for me. It may have been late, but the place was really clean (may have been just mopped) including food areas. One complaint the credit card reader REALLY needs to be fixed or replaced - took several minutes to get it to process. Management - please consider replacing this....

This place is a great option if you're looking for something quick and filling. I loaded up my salad bowl with tofu, mushrooms, spiced rice, salsa, guacamole, beans, and a ton of other toppings! It's served with tortilla chips and really hit the spot!!! I ended up eating it for two meals since it was a lot of food. Definitely not a place I would go for date night, but a solid option if you're looking for something affordable or need something easy to pick up and go. You can't beat good ole' beans and rice!

Very clean, wonderful staff who were very friendly and personable. Served my roommate and I with a smile. Food was good and LOTS of it!!! I got the rice bowl and I can not finish it... So I've got enough for a second meal.#winning! I would recommend friends and family and outta towners to give them a try.
